Bolster your defense against tax audits by keeping a current, detailed log toward REPS and material participation tests. Log your hours in seconds. Each entry ties to a property and an activity, with receipts, invoices, or photos attached right on the entry. A built-in timer records work as it happens, and calendar import turns existing events into entries. The app scores your hours live against your material participation test goals and the 750-hour REPS bar, per property or grouped. Not sure what counts? The What Counts tab covers 55 activities, each marked qualifying or not, with extensive tax research done and CPA research behind the answer. Running short-term rentals? Track guest stays against the 7-day average, import bookings from your Airbnb or Vrbo calendar link, and test future bookings in the scenario planner before you accept them. When the year ends, Logged RE can send a PDF report to yourself and to your accountant: totals, every test scored, and the full entry log with evidence. Your hours sync across devices and your evidence stays private to your account. Logged RE helps you track and document your participation.
