After each update, a card at the top of your call sheets now tells you what changed. In the editor, Add Department Rule, Add Meal, Add Vehicle, Add Vendor and Add Emergency Contact now put the cursor in the new row, so you can keep typing.

Picking a shoot address now fills in the nearest hospital for you when that block is empty or was filled for an earlier address, and a hospital you typed stays exactly as you wrote it. The keyboard's Next key moves through a crew row from name to department, role, email and phone, and through cast and key contact rows the same way. Adding a location, hotel, department rule or cast member puts the cursor straight into the new row. Sun in Camera keeps more of the frame clear while you are on location.

Fixes a rare case where CallSheet could quit while you type a location address. Address suggestions from Apple Maps now arrive safely no matter how the system delivers them. Everything else works as it did in 1.2.25.

Find crew by name, role, department, email or phone without scrolling through the full roster. Large crews open as compact rows; expand a person to edit, or move them straight to a numbered position. Add from Contacts, reuse saved crew or paste a crew list from the editor. People added while creating a sheet are available in your Crew Directory for the next production. Crew notes now have three clear audiences: a call sheet note for everyone, a private production note, and a note for one person's link. Existing notes stay private until you choose to share them. CallSheet also has a new ivory app icon.

See the sun path over your live camera: on Sun Path, tap Point the camera at the sun path, hold the phone up, and the shoot-day path is drawn where it will be. Set a call time in one tap: the wheel opens right under its row, one row at a time, and the next row is a tap away. Section headers carry a fold chevron that shows whether they are open. Leaving an edited sheet offers Save Changes next to Discard Changes, so a draft is kept unless you choose otherwise. The Contacts prompt now says exactly what happens: the people you pick are copied onto the sheet on this device, and nothing is uploaded until you send it.

Add your crew faster. Who's on it now has a role menu by department, fills the role from a contact's job title, and can paste a whole crew list straight onto the sheet. Send & Track starts the free trial and goes straight on to sending. Site map marks on the PDF and the crew link now match what you drew. If CallSheet ever quits unexpectedly, the next launch sends one crash report with the failure details and none of your call-sheet content.

Pro Duo puts two producers on one plan. Pair a partner from Settings and each of you sees, edits and can send every call sheet on the account, while contacts and saved companies stay on each phone. Everyone on Pro keeps exactly what they had.

With VoiceOver on, the Meal duration and Headcount fields in Catering say what they are, and a value outside the allowed range is read out with its limits. On the call sheet preview, every production note announces whether it is checked.

Tap the date, call time, location, or the Crew, Cast, and Schedule counts on a call sheet to jump straight to that part of the editor. Every editor section now collapses from its header and stays the way you left it while you work on the sheet. On Review & Publish, the Publish button sits at the bottom of the screen, always in reach. Publish and send a call sheet with a CallSheet Pro subscription held on your account. If you subscribed on the web at calltimes.app, Publish checks your account as well as the App Store on this device, so the sheet goes out and your crew gets their links. Opening Edit on iPhone is steady on every sheet, including the largest.

Creating a call sheet now asks who's on it first. Add your crew from Contacts or the Crew Directory before you see anything else, and the next call sheet can start from your last one, with the crew, location, company, hospital and call time already filled in. The site map now prints on the call sheet itself, where the crew reads it, instead of arriving as a separate file. The subscription plan appears in Send & Track and Export once at least one person is on the call sheet.

Rate CallSheet right from Settings. Under Help, a new Rate CallSheet on the App Store link takes you straight to the review screen. CallSheet may also ask for a rating once a crew member confirms their call time on a sheet sent to two or more people, rather than waiting for the whole crew to confirm.

Call sheets on your account that are not on this phone now show in the library, under In Your Cloud Library, each with a button to bring it down. They used to sit in Settings, where the library said "No Call Sheets" while your account had them. The Site Map zooms in 33 times closer, close enough to mark where two cars park on a driveway rather than which street to turn onto. Every mark has its own size now, small through extra large, and on iPad marks keep the size you chose instead of growing with the screen.

The call sheet screen reads at a glance. Golden hour, the forecast, and the number of marks on your site map now print their values on the sheet, where they used to be buttons that opened a screen to tell you the same thing. Add to Calendar, Share PDF, and Wrap Sheet moved into the menu at the top right, so the sheet leads with the three things a shoot day actually needs: edit it, preview it, send it. Wrap Sheet returns as a button of its own the morning after the shoot, when it is the one thing left to do with the sheet.

Draw parking on the map itself. The new Site Map opens on satellite imagery next to Sun Path, with arrows, lines, boxes, text, and car and truck marks in four colours. Every mark is pinned to the ground rather than the screen, so it stays where you put it as you pan and zoom. Save it to the call sheet and it goes out with the sheet, so the unit can open it from their crew link. An advance day now agrees with the day the sheet is on. Adding the first advance day to Day 2 of 5 offers Day 3, and each one after takes its date from the day before instead of repeating the first. Delete now says so in red. Swiping a call sheet, a crew member, or a cloud copy shows the one action that cannot be undone in red, instead of the same gold as the actions beside it that can.

Clearer sending. The publish screen now names its email switch, Send & Track's resend button says Resend Email, and a resend counts only the people CallSheet can actually email. Crew with a phone number and no email keep their copy-the-link path. In the editor, CallSheet reopens at the section you last touched, email addresses are no longer auto-capitalized, and complete US phone numbers format on their own. The Wrap Sheet editor gained a visible Done button. Crew notes now print wherever cast notes already did: the PDF, the preview, and each person's link. The Apple Weather mark prints once, at the size of the line it sits on.

When the job wraps, send selected crew a Wrap Sheet by email. It carries your thank-you, the job code for their invoice, and how to invoice the production. Enter the production's invoicing details once on your Account page and they appear under every Wrap Sheet. Crew need no app or account, and CallSheet tells you who was already sent one. Wrap Sheets are included with CallSheet Pro.

Crew, cast, client, agency, production company and vendor rows all pull from Contacts. Every party row and the vendor list offer both routes now, so you can bring in a real person from your address book or type one in by hand. Send a call sheet to the people you text rather than email. Switch on Text them the link for those recipients, publish, and the app commits the revision and prepares their private links without sending mail. Attach a file to a call sheet, and give the production and the client each their own logo. Every one of them opens its own picker. The day counter shows what will print. Set day 2 of 5 and the editor tells you the line the call sheet will carry, so the number is not something you have to picture. The stream link field explains itself. The label row appears once there is a link to label, and a caption says where the link lands on the sheet. The subscription screen knows a subscriber. With CallSheet Pro active it says so and offers Restore Purchases instead of showing the plans again. A minor's guardian is part of the change notice. When the guardian on a cast row changes, the performer is told along with everyone else the change reached. Sun Path asks you to hold the phone upright before it takes a compass reading. Flat or pointed at the sky gives the compass almost nothing to work with, so it says so rather than locking onto a heading it cannot stand behind. Pronouns came off the crew row. They were printing on the call sheet and on the crew link, and a call sheet is not the place to publish them.

Finding CallSheet Pro is fixed. The Subscription row in Settings is now the thing you tap to start a free trial, and Manage Subscription appears only when there is a subscription to manage. If you subscribed on the web, the app recognizes it: no second subscription is offered, and the footer you paid to remove is gone. Your call sheet carries the rest of the day now. Weather for the shoot date with the high, low, chance of rain, wind and humidity. Where the crew reports and when they wrap. Where the unit sleeps and who is in it. The vendor directory. Each venue's contact. A second call time and a stream link. The production company, the client and the agency, with their logos. Cast and crew detail got more exact. Say what a performer is working under, and who is responsible for a child on the day. Give one person a line only they read, and it stays off every document the rest of the crew sees. A note typed on a crew row now says plainly that it reaches nobody, because it never printed. Sun Path refuses a compass reading it cannot trust. A fix too poor to be worth holding is rejected rather than drawn, and you can drag the path onto the sun yourself instead. Larger text sizes hold up. The logo band and the preview's summary, weather and Sun Path bands stack instead of forcing three columns into a row that will not fit. A call sheet made before the four columns existed opens instead of failing to load.

Exporting a call sheet no longer stops at a paywall. Every producer can export and share the finished PDF. On the free plan it carries a small Made with CallSheet footer, and CallSheet Pro removes it. Sending private links to your crew is still part of Pro. Crew rows drag into the order you want. Move someone inside their department and that is the order they print in, on the preview screen, the crew link, and the PDF. Cast rows print the agent's contact. When an actor has an agent, the call sheet shows the agent's phone and email instead of the actor's, so the number on the page is the one you are meant to call. Adding a call sheet to your calendar now puts the sheet on the event, so opening the event gets you to the day. The welcome screen walks a new producer through building a first call sheet in four steps. The editor's Shoot Day and Location & Safety fields keep their names on screen once they are filled, so a completed sheet still shows which line is the production title and which is the client. On the call sheet, Send & Track is the one button that stands out now, so the screen points at a single next step. The discard dialog names what it actually drops instead of warning that the whole day is unsaved, and every titled screen paints its own navigation bar so nothing shows through when you scroll. VoiceOver reads the editor's longer fields by name, including production title, client, parking notes, hospital address, cast notes, schedule detail, camera, and lighting.

Every crew and cast member's phone and email now print on the call sheet. They appear on the preview screen before you send, on the sheet your crew opens, and in the PDF. Nobody has to text you asking how to reach the gaffer. Keep a copy of every call sheet you publish. Choose a folder once in Settings, in Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud Drive, or anywhere else in Files, and each sheet you publish is saved there as a PDF named with its date and revision. The shoot-day forecast is on the call sheet itself. It refreshes when it goes stale, reminds you as the shoot day gets close, and never overwrites weather you typed yourself. Building call sheets stays free: the editor, the crew directory, Sun Path, and the full preview, with no account needed. Exporting the finished PDF, sharing it, and sending are now part of CallSheet Pro. Eligible new subscribers get one week free. One subscription now covers the app and the browser. Subscribe on your iPhone and the same access is there when you finish a sheet at a desk. When something goes wrong, the app says what actually happened. Failed sends, expired links, and files that will not import each explain themselves and what to do next, instead of showing one generic apology. Creating a call sheet that cannot save now keeps the form open with everything you typed, and says why. Send & Track no longer competes for attention on a sheet that has nobody to send to. CallSheet has a new icon. The slate is filled in now, with a sun coming up over the horizon.

Send a call sheet to someone who has only a phone number. A person from Contacts with no email address used to show up as nobody: Review & Publish found no recipients and there was no way to send them anything. They are a recipient now, and they get their own private link like everyone else. A new call sheet asks for the thing it is missing. An empty sheet says nobody is on it yet and offers to add crew, instead of leaving the word buried as a zero in a table below the fold. See who is waiting before you are asked to pay. Send & Track names the people on the call sheet who would receive it, using the same rule the send itself uses. Anyone missing an address shows up while there is still time to fix it. The app opens on its own background. Cold start used to paint a solid blue that appears nowhere else in CallSheet. Department Calls, Client Promise, and Required Coverage can be written in the browser. A sheet started on your phone can now be finished at a desk without those three fields being read-only.

Fixed: the shoot-day forecast could fail to load. CallSheet now falls back to the National Weather Service when Apple Weather is unavailable, so Conditions and Temperature fill in on their own. Sunrise and sunset are now calculated on device, so they always match the Sun Path diagram.

Build your crew from a list you already have. Import Crew takes either a CSV or vCard file from Files, or an Apple Contacts list you have already built, like Camera Dept. A CSV import asks you to confirm which column is which, then shows you every person it found so you can check the list before anyone is added. Export Crew shares your crew directory back out. The run of day reorders. Drag an item into place, move it up or down, sort the whole day by time, or resequence the times after you move things. The Sun Path section of the exported PDF now places the day’s sun arc, sunrise and sunset bearings, and true north over satellite imagery of the location, so buildings and streets provide geographic context. Sun height now reads correctly in the PDF. Elevation shows as distance from the centre of the diagram, so a low winter sun and a high summer sun no longer look identical. The Apple Weather mark at the bottom of the PDF is visible again. Adding crew by hand is fixed. Every person you add keeps their own row, so editing one no longer changes another.
