Redesigned for iPhone Duo: open the phone and the document and the signing pad sit side by side. • When you sign by hand on the inner display, the pad sits next to the document instead of covering it. The box you are signing is outlined, and your strokes appear in it as you write. • Stand the phone up like a laptop: the document is on the upper half, the pad on the lower half. • Half open like a book: the document shows two pages side by side, with the gap between them on the fold. • Close or open the phone halfway through a signature and every stroke stays. • With no document open, the inner display shows previews of your recent documents. The full-screen button beside a document hides the document list; tap it again to bring the list back. • On the outer display, Sign, Fill and More move into the vertical toolbar, with Sign at the bottom, under your thumb.

Signatures land in the empty signature box, and PDFs from other apps open faster. • When Signatur recognizes an empty signature box on screen, the signature you place goes straight into it. No more dragging it there. • Share a PDF from another app and choose Signatur: it opens faster and keeps its original file name. • One document list: Documents in More now takes you back to the list on the home screen, and the document you were signing stays as a draft. • Removed the repeated tips at the bottom of the screen. • The free allowance is now 2 documents (it was 3).

Fixes two stalls while iCloud is syncing. • Right after installing, or on a new iPhone while iCloud is still syncing, Verify and Open a document no longer show a blank file picker. • After signing, Send brings up the share sheet straight away instead of after several seconds. • iCloud sync does less work in the background and no longer rescans every file over and over.

Signatur now fits iPhone Duo, folded or open, held either way. • iPhone Duo: on the outer and the inner screen, half open or flat, in portrait and landscape, no button or text sits under the fold or the camera. • With the inner screen open like a book, Signature, Fill and More move into the side bar beside the time, back and Settings, and the page takes the width the tool palette used to need. • The document name stays clear of the fold. A long name is shortened instead of running under the buttons. • On iOS 27.1 and later, the editor's top bar is the system toolbar, with back, the Sign button and Settings.

Filled-in forms keep their entries when signed on iOS 27, the pen stroke from the app icon replaces the red seal, the editor, verification and Settings are reorganized, and Japanese and Traditional Chinese are supported. • Fix: on iOS 27, after you signed a filled-in PDF form, the signed, shared or exported file lost what you had entered. It is now kept in full. • In the app, signed documents now show the pen stroke from the app icon instead of a red seal. When you tap Sign, the stroke is written out beside your signature; the document list and the verification screen show it too. • Editor: below the document name you now read the page, the status and the other party, in that order. More sorts its actions into This document, Pages and Export & verify, with Remove on its own at the bottom. • After signing, nothing pops up anymore: the result stays in the status line at the bottom, which reports only what has happened, saved once the file is saved and sent once it has gone. • Verification reads more clearly: the conclusion first, then what it covers, then each signature. If the document changed after signing, the signature gets no check mark; a sentence says the signature itself verifies but the content changed afterwards. A file whose only signatures cannot be read says exactly that. • Document list: each row gives the status first, then the other party and the time, and says when a file is still waiting for iCloud or failed to sync. The suggestion to clean up old drafts no longer appears on its own; open it when you need it. • Settings now has six pages: General, Signing Identity, Signatures & Seals, Sync, Membership and About & Help, with the system close button from iOS 26. Sync lists what it syncs: drafts and the marks placed on them, signed files and your signatures. • iPhone in landscape: the buttons at the bottom no longer cover the document list, and the signing panels fit on screen. • New languages: 日本語 and 繁體中文, switchable in Settings; the practice contract and the guide come in both. • iPad: opening a document in portrait now folds the sidebar away so the page is larger, and in either orientation the tool palette no longer sits on the page. • Fill now finds signature boxes and blanks on Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Russian and Arabic forms. • Lighter and quicker: long documents are read for form fields once you stop scrolling (right away while Fill is on), a first sync of many documents is much faster, and tapping Sign responds at once. • The practice contract names the sensor your device actually uses, Face ID or Touch ID, instead of always saying Face ID. • Fixed: just opening the practice contract and going back made it one of your documents and synced it to your other devices.

This version smooths the first run: the practice contract opens at the page you sign, and the purchase page says why it appeared. • The practice contract opens on its contract page instead of the cover, and signing it no longer uses one of your 3 free documents. • The home screen now says what Signatur does and that your first 3 documents are free. • The purchase page is redone: it says why it appeared and that your document and its marks are kept, and it lists what Pro adds. On iPad it fits its content. • When you draw a signature, a downward stroke no longer drags the sheet closed. On iPad, the Apple Pencil sheet lists your saved signatures, and one tap places one; turn on “Also save as my signature” to keep the one you just wrote. • The first-signing button now says Sign, and your name is no longer prefilled with a device name such as “iPhone”. • Fixes: in shared, exported and signed PDFs, common Chinese characters such as 一, 人 and 大 were stored as look-alike radicals, so they could not be found or copied correctly; the real characters are stored now. A stamp placed on an already-signed file no longer carries an opaque background.

Drafts now sync between your devices, not just signed documents. • Open a contract on the Mac and it is on your iPhone a moment later, still a draft. The marks you have placed but not yet signed travel with it. • If a version signed on another device takes over a draft that still carried marks you never sent, the app now names the document instead of letting them disappear quietly. The same goes for a document deleted on another device. • While you are working, the same PDF is no longer uploaded again and again, so syncing keeps up with you.

Maintenance release. Thumbnails in the cabinet are decoded once and kept, so scrolling a long list is smoother.

Password-protected contracts open now, and the app tells you when something didn't work. • A PDF with a password opens and reads. Enter the password once and the pages are there — before, they came up blank with no explanation. Signing an encrypted file isn't offered yet. • Apple Pencil: a tap on the side of the pencil undoes your last stroke while you sign. • When something fails, the app says so. Sharing, saving a note, archiving, filling a form, exporting, deleting a page — each of these could previously do nothing at all, silently. • Sending a PDF to Signatur from another app now explains itself when the file can't be read, instead of just closing. • If RFC 3161 timestamping is on and the time authority doesn't answer, you're told: the document is still signed, on this device's clock. • The user guide now names the buttons that are actually on screen.

• Signatures stay upright and proportional on rotated PDF pages, including co-signing and stamps you rotate by hand. • A countersigned copy that comes back is filed as the next version of the same document, not a new row. • If signing cannot finish, your pending edits remain available. Switching documents waits while signed bytes are unsaved, and saving or sharing failures are reported clearly. • Pro access now resists overlapping App Store entitlement checks, and every purchase or restore action ends with a visible result. • Very large signature images are decoded at a safe size to prevent memory spikes.

This release rebuilds the bottom bar and turns several things that only looked done into things that are: • Three equal keys with full names — Signature, Fill, More. Red belongs to the one action in the top corner, and the bar no longer hides itself • After signing, saved and sent are reported separately: a failed save to Documents says so and offers a retry that only retries the save; the redundant bottom Send is gone — sending lives in the top corner alone • Nothing clips at the largest text sizes: the bar widens first, then becomes three full-width rows, each with the complete action name • The drawing toolbar is laid out in two rows, every target big enough for a finger • The Face ID switch in Settings now actually guards signing — the old switch looked on but stopped nothing; when it's on, signing requires Face ID, and a failed check says so instead of waving you through • Voice fill recognizes speech on your device only, nothing leaves it; devices that can't do on-device recognition simply don't offer the feature rather than quietly going online • The paywall promises only what the App Store actually grants: trial days appear only when you're eligible for one, and an unreadable price shows a dash and a retry, never an invented number • iPad: Apple Pencil signatures land when you tap Done — lifting the pencil no longer commits; keyboard shortcuts act on the current window only; the welcome screen's More offers a menu instead of jumping straight into Settings

A smaller toolbar, a cabinet that says where every document stands, and a few things the app already knew but never told you: • Three keys instead of four: Sign, Fill, More. Text folded into Fill — one writing tool that fills form fields and types anywhere on the page • Long-press Sign to stamp the signature you used last; a plain tap still opens the library • Tapping Sign with nothing on the page now offers your signatures instead of quietly sending an unchanged-looking file — signing without a visible mark is still one tap away • More is now a grid, and it carries the way out: Documents, Settings and Help without leaving your document • Every document card now shows its state — draft, signed, re-saved, changed after signing, put away — along with who it's with and when • Verify says whether you've met a signer's key before, and Settings lists the signers you've met. It answers one question only: same key as last time, or not. It cannot tell you who holds it • Saved signatures can be renamed, and the user guide can hand you a fresh practice contract whenever you want one • A damaged document index no longer means an empty cabinet: the list is rebuilt from the files still on your device • The app's own icons are drawn as one family now, and the dark theme got paper of its own • Clearer feedback throughout: a spinner while signing, a progress line while converting Word files, a missing required field named on the page instead of behind an alert, and the free allowance says where it stands after you sign

This update smooths out your first minutes — and every verification after: • New Guide & Practice file: a practice contract ships inside the app — sign it, fill it, verify it, then sign the real thing • Verdicts with conviction: Signatur-signed files get a clear answer; signatures made elsewhere are listed, never judged • Importing an already-signed PDF now explains its status, and signing the same file twice asks first • The top-right button follows the document: Sign before, Send after • Motion and theme polish across the app
