New: The Watchman. Set a reminder on any task and your phone tells you when it is time. Built for ADHD brains, Moms and more.
You will forget the garage code. The paint color. Where you put the passport. Which restaurant your wife loved in Sedona.
Ruema will not.

TELL IT ONCE
Tap the orb. Speak for five seconds. That is the entire ritual.
"My blue binder is in the garage cabinet."
"The Wi-Fi password is BlueSky."
"My dentist appointment is August 8."
It is kept. You are done.
ASK HOWEVER YOU WANT
You do not have to remember the words you used. You just have to ask. Type it, or tap the mic and say it out loud.
Six months later you ask: "Where are my important documents?"
You never said the word "documents." Ruema still answers: your blue binder is in the garage cabinet.
That is not keyword search. That is understanding.
THE ARK
Some memories are not for everyone. Codes. Passwords. The things you whisper.
The Ark is a protected space locked with Face ID or your passcode. When you save something sensitive, Ruema offers the Ark on its own. One tap, and it is behind the gate.
INVISIBLE BURDEN
There is a kind of weight no one sees. The permission slip. The thing your kid said you need to follow up on. The thought that hits at 2am with nowhere to go.
Invisible Burden is a space for every thought that does not need a day. Drop it. Get it out of your head. Know it is safe.
When a thought becomes a plan, hold it and drag it onto any day. Your mental load finally has a place.
THE VAULT
Your passwords, behind Face ID. Every visit requires your face. Leave the app for a second and it locks itself.
Powered by Apple Keychain encryption, the same technology Apple uses in its own Passwords app. End to end encrypted. We cannot read them. Apple cannot read them.
TODAY
Plan 30 days ahead. Create your own categories, add notes to any task, drag things between days, and check them off with a satisfying beat. Everything you finish lives in the Harvest.
KAIROS
The Greek word for the appointed time.
Open any task and tap Kairos. Pick your minutes. The screen goes quiet, a gold ring closes around the time, and your phone buzzes when you are done.
No streaks. No guilt. No leaderboard. Just you, one task, and a clean line between working and not working.
SHARE WHAT MATTERS
Your son asks for the garage code. Long-press the memory, tap Share, text it to him. Done in five seconds.
And when someone asks what app you are using, tap Share Ruema on the home screen.
NOTHING TO ORGANIZE. EVER.
No folders. No tags. No inbox to clear. No system to maintain.
Ruema sorts everything quietly in the background so you never have to think about where something went. You only have to ask.
HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT KNOWS
Ruema tells you how confident it is. "I am 95% confident." Or "this might be it." Or, when it truly does not know, it says so instead of guessing.
A memory you cannot trust is worse than no memory at all.
PRIVACY IS THE PRODUCT
Your voice is transcribed on your iPhone. Audio is never uploaded and never stored.
Your memories live in encrypted storage, synced privately through your iCloud account. We do not have a copy.
When you ask a question, only the few memories relevant to that question are sent to generate an answer. Never your whole life.
No ads. No tracking. Nothing sold. Not ever.
BEAUTIFUL, AND OUT OF THE WAY
One glowing orb. One question. That is the whole app.
It launches instantly. It works offline. It never nags, never gamifies, never begs for your attention.

I’ve tried dozens of note and productivity apps, and Ruema is the first one that actually remembers things the way my brain works. The killer feature is AI Recall. I don’t have to remember the exact words I used when I saved something. I can ask a question naturally like, “Where did I park?” or “What’s the Wi-Fi password at my parents’ house?” and it finds it instantly. The voice orb has become something I use every day. If I suddenly remember a name, a password, where I parked, or a random thought while walking or driving, I tap once, speak, and move on. No typing, no organizing.I also love the Invisible Burden feature. Instead of trying to schedule every thought, I can dump everything that’s on my mind into one place and organize it later if it actually becomes a task. It’s surprisingly freeing. The built-in planner is simple without being overwhelming, and knowing sensitive memories can be locked behind Face ID gives me confidence to save things I normally wouldn’t.Ruema isn’t trying to be another notes app. It feels like an external brain that actually understands how you think. I subscribed after a few days because it quickly became one of those apps I rely on every single day.Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Not Just Another Notes App

I didn’t expect to subscribe, but after using Ruema for a few days I realized I was opening it constantly. The voice orb is ridiculously fast. I use it to remember names, where I parked, passwords, gift ideas, things my wife asks me to do, and random thoughts that would normally disappear in seconds. What impressed me most is the AI recall. I don’t have to remember the exact words I used when I saved something. I just ask naturally, and it finds what I meant. That’s something I haven’t experienced in any other app.The Invisible Burden feature is also brilliant. Instead of cluttering my planner with thoughts that aren’t tasks yet, I can unload them and come back later. It genuinely makes my mind feel less cluttered. The developers clearly thought through everyday problems instead of just adding features. Ruema has become the app I trust to remember what I don’t want to lose. Definitely worth the subscription.
