Something to hand your doctor — and room to see the whole day. • A printable medication list. Every medicine, its dose, when it's taken, what it's for and how much is left, on pages you can print, fold and take to an appointment. • An appointment pack. Pick a period and the same list comes with a dated record of what was taken, skipped or missed, including the notes and side effects you logged. A plain record: no score, and nothing worked out from it. • Dose on iPad. The same app, laid out for the screen: your cabinet in columns, and Today with the day's doses beside what still needs attention. • A large Today widget. The whole day on the Home Screen, with Take and Skip on every dose and a line about anything running low. On iOS 27 there is an even taller size that fits today and tomorrow. • Four new widgets. Supply overview lists every medicine with whatever runs out first at the top, and takes a refill from the large size. Last 7 days is a plain record of the week — no scores, no streaks. Household shows everyone's day on one tile. Quick log records an as-needed medicine in a tap. Each is drawn two ways — in the medicine colours, or like a pill organiser — and you choose which in the widget's own settings. Both PDFs are made on your device, carry no photos, and go only where you send them.

How to take each medicine, shown wherever it's due, and an app icon that's yours. • WITH FOOD, WITH WATER, BEFORE BED. When you set a medicine's dose you can now note how it's taken: with food, on an empty stomach, with water, before bed, or don't crush. Dose repeats it on Today, in the reminder, on the Lock Screen dose card and on Apple Watch, always as a symbol beside the words. It's only ever what you choose. Dose never suggests one from a medicine's name. • IN YOUR EXPORT TOO. The medicine list you export for an appointment has a "How to take it" column. • FOUR APP ICONS. Settings → Appearance → App icon offers the original, Night, Sage and Plain. Plain is a ring and a dot, with nothing on it that says "medicine" to someone glancing at your Home Screen. Every icon follows light, dark and tinted Home Screens. Nothing leaves your device, and there's still no account.

Answering a dose without opening the app: Skip on the widget, a refill button that names its own amount, and three more things to say to Siri. • SKIP FROM THE WIDGET, NOT JUST TAKE. The Home Screen could only record the answer you give most often, so a dose you had decided against meant opening the app. Skip now sits beside Take — quieter and narrower, because it is the second answer and not an equal offer — on the widget, on the Lock Screen and on the dose card. A skipped dose stays in the pack: it was never swallowed, so the count doesn't move. • "I REFILLED THIS", ON THE SUPPLY WIDGET. One tap adds the pack size you already keep, on a medicine that is actually running low. It always says what it will add before you tap ("Adds 30 · your pack size"), and where there is no pack size to go on it opens the app instead of guessing at a number of tablets. • ANYTHING A WIDGET WRITES CAN BE TAKEN BACK. A widget can't ask "are you sure", so for ten minutes after one of these taps the buttons are replaced by a line saying what was recorded, with an Undo. That covers Take too, which had no way back from the Home Screen before. • THE DOSE CARD ON THE LOCK SCREEN COUNTS DOWN. It appears a quarter of an hour early, and now spends that time showing how long is left rather than a button that would record a dose you haven't taken. Take and Skip arrive when the dose does. The card says when that medicine is running low, and a late dose gets a clock rather than a red card. • A CARD ENDED BY A SKIP NO LONGER SAYS "TAKEN". It says what you actually did, and the last dose of the day ends on "All done for today", with the count and what's next. • THREE MORE THINGS TO SAY TO SIRI. "Log my Metformin", "I refilled my Metformin", and "how much Metformin have I got left" — which, with nothing named, answers whichever medicine runs out first. All three are Shortcuts actions too, so a dose can be logged when a Focus turns on. • FITS SMALL PHONES AND LARGE TEXT. Every screen was checked on the smallest iPhone and at the largest text sizes: medicine names are never cut short or hyphenated, the cabinet cards share one layout with a supply gauge, and the person you're viewing sits above the title so switching people moves nothing else. Nothing new is stored and nothing leaves your device: the widget and Siri write the same records the app always has.

A widget button that finally shows its work, and a Today screen that stops keeping score. • THE WIDGET'S TAKE BUTTON NOW SHOWS THAT IT WORKED. Tapping it always did log the dose. What it didn't do was change on screen — so it looked like nothing had happened, and tapping again looked exactly the same. Fixed here, and in the same way for the Take button on a reminder, the Live Activity, the Control Centre button and "Hey Siri, log my dose". • TODAY COUNTS ANSWERS, NOT JUST TABLETS SWALLOWED. "3 of 7 taken" reads like a score you're losing on a day when you deliberately skipped four of them. A skip is an answer. Today now says how much of the day you've dealt with, with the detail underneath: 1 taken · 1 skipped · 2 still to take. • YOU CAN SEE WHICH DOSE IS ACTUALLY DUE. A dose due right now and one due at bedtime used to look identical on the list. The one Dose is waiting on says so. • THE ADD BUTTON SAYS ADD. A blue circle with a + in it was the most guessed-at control on the screen. • EASIER TO READ. Small text was too faint against the paper background: the section headings, the Taken and Skipped chips and the running-low warning are all darkened to a contrast that holds up at arm's length. Increase Contrast in iOS Settings now changes the whole app, and at large text sizes the medicine's colour tile steps aside so the name gets the full width. • BETTER WITH VOICEOVER. Every Log button names its medicine instead of four buttons all announcing "Log", and every row says its time and whether it's due now. Skipped doses used to show "status.skipped" in English instead of the word itself. That's fixed, along with twenty-two other places where Dose fell back to English in German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Russian.

Your prescriptions, a history you can put right, Kounts Dose on your wrist, and the awkward halves of everything else. • KEEP THE PRESCRIPTION, NOT JUST THE NAME ON IT. Photograph the slip and it stays: who prescribed it, when, how long it's good for, and the medicines it covers. The photo never leaves your iPhone. Not to us, not into your export, not even into your own iCloud. • FIX A DOSE YOU FORGOT TO TICK. A missed dose used to be the last word on it. Now every row in your history opens: say you took it, and when, or that you skipped it. Free, and it will stay free. • KOUNTS DOSE ON APPLE WATCH. Today's doses on your wrist. It opens on the one you're behind on, with a Take button you can hit without looking. • HALF A TABLET. A QUARTER, TOO. "Half at night" is what the prescription says, so it's what Dose says now: ¼, ½, 1½, in the schedule, on the reminder, and in what comes out of the box. • EIGHTEEN FORMS. Patches, creams, gels, sprays, suppositories and the rest, the same list Apple Health offers. Drops count down from the millilitres printed on the bottle, so there's no sum for you to do. • ONE BOX, TWO PEOPLE. Share a pack and a single count serves both of you. No more halving the number by hand every time you refill. • NOTE HOW IT WENT. Tap a dose to jot down a side effect, or anything worth raising at your next appointment. It goes into your export with everything else. • TAKE THE WHOLE EIGHT O'CLOCK AT ONCE. One tap for a time of day that has several medicines in it. Dose also speaks your language now in the places it used to slip back into English, and if your iPhone can't read a photo it says so plainly instead of quietly doing nothing.

Scanning a pack is a great deal more reliable — and every photo you take now happens inside Kounts Dose. • THE SCAN NO LONGER GIVES UP AFTER THE BARCODE. Reading the code and photographing the label are one uninterrupted camera now, so turning the box around and tapping Capture label simply works. • IT SAYS WHAT THE NEXT TAP DOES. Once a code lands, Kounts Dose asks you to turn the pack until the front label, the name and the strength are sharp — then takes exactly the picture it needs. • SCAN A PRESCRIPTION, NOT ONLY A BOX. A prescription for a single medicine can fill in the name, strength, form, quantity, who prescribed it and when — where those are clearly printed. • IT TELLS YOU WHEN IT ISN'T SURE. A detail is filled in only when the text on the pack backs it up; anything less offers you another photo, your library, or typing it in. Nothing is guessed. • LESS WAITING AFTER THE SHUTTER, and the progress now says which part it's on. • "TAKE PHOTO" OPENS OUR OWN CAMERA everywhere — the box, the pill and a person's photo. One lens, one shutter, a torch you control, and none of the zoom, mode or flash the Camera app was last left on. A person's photo opens front-facing. All of it happens on your iPhone. Photos are never uploaded — not even to your own iCloud.

Everyone you look after, in one app — and a way to tell your pills apart. • PEOPLE — keep a separate list of medicines for a parent, a child, a partner. Switch between one person and Everyone, give each of them a colour or a photo, and every reminder says whose dose it is.
