Nocturne gives you a detailed view of every night on your Eight Sleep mattress — and exports that data to Apple Health, including the one metric your mattress never syncs on its own: HRV.

Nocturne runs no servers. Your credentials go directly to your sleep account, your session token lives only in your device's encrypted Keychain, and everything is processed on-device before it's written to Apple Health. Nothing is collected, tracked, or stored anywhere else.
