Scan a receipt, review only the fields that need your attention, then export accountant-friendly CSV or Excel files. RecordSlip keeps the workflow fast without giving up control of your documents. SCAN AND IMPORT - Scan with the iPhone camera - Import multiple receipt photos, image files, or every page of a PDF - Automatically detect merchant, date, subtotal, tax, tip, total, and currency REVIEW WITH EVIDENCE - Uncertain fields stay clearly marked for review - Tap a field to see its source area on the receipt - Preserve the original machine value when you make a correction - Detect possible duplicate receipts before export EXPORT CLEAN RECORDS - Export selected receipts to CSV or Excel - Create reusable export templates and choose column order - Preview records before creating a file - Review recent export outcomes and retry a failed export - Group records by client or project, then search and filter them - Keep existing receipts and exports available without a subscription PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Receipt recognition runs on your device - No advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect limited app-use and crash diagnostics, never receipt images, recognized text, corrections, notes, exports, or backups - Export or erase your local workspace at any time - Optional manual backup to your private iCloud Drive container OPTIONAL PRO ENHANCEMENT When a required field is uncertain or the local result has a defined consistency conflict, Pro users can choose a text-only enhancement. RecordSlip sends bounded OCR text, confidence, and line positions—not receipt images or user corrections. Low-confidence optional fields alone do not trigger a request, and local recognition remains available if the service is unavailable. FEEDBACK WHEN YOU NEED IT Send feedback from Settings or a scan/export error. Optionally attach a previewed image to your email. Image attachment is off by default, and feedback images are never uploaded to Firebase. RecordSlip is a record-preparation tool and does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Always review exported information before relying on it. Free includes 15 successful scans per calendar month, local review, saved-record access, data export, CSV, and manual iCloud backup/restore. Pro adds 300 successful scans per calendar month, reusable export templates, Excel export, and optional enhancement for uncertain fields. A one-time 100 Scan Pack adds successful scans without starting a subscription. This update makes RecordSlip easier to use and easier to improve. - Find Improve uncertain fields directly on the receipt inbox, with a clear subscription entry for Pro enhancement. - Send feedback from Settings or when a scan or export needs help. - Optionally include a previewed image in your feedback email. Images are never uploaded to Firebase. - Enjoy a cleaner Settings page with easier access to feedback, sharing and ratings.
