Trainer Fácil is the app for personal trainers and their clients: plan workouts, track real progress, and keep communication in one place.
FOR TRAINERS
• Build personalized workout plans for each client, from a library of hundreds of exercises (with video) or your own custom exercises.
• Save workouts as reusable templates to put plans together faster.
• Schedule in-person or online sessions and manage your availability.
• Follow adherence, training volume, and a live feed of workouts your clients complete.
• Request physical assessments with body measurements and progress photos.
• Keep track of charges to your clients, recurring or one-time — the app doesn't process payments, it just helps you organize them.
• Chat one-on-one or in groups with your clients.
FOR CLIENTS
• Log your workouts with guided sets, reps, and rest timers, or timed exercises.
• Check your workout history, load progression, and body measurements over time.
• Connect with your trainer using an invite code, view your schedule, and chat with them directly.
• Get reminders for upcoming sessions and alerts when your trainer assigns a new plan.
Available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese — switch languages anytime from settings.
Trainer Fácil offers an optional Pro subscription for trainers that unlocks unlimited connected clients, a real-time workout feed, unlimited feedback and plans, and data export whenever you want. The free plan already lets you connect up to 5 clients and use all the core training, scheduling, and chat features. The subscription is billed through your App Store account, renews automatically, and can be canceled anytime from your store account settings.
