Apple Health access is optional and read-only. sirprep Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription required to generate personalized plans, detailed recipes, grocery lists, swaps, and additional meal options. Annual and weekly plans are available. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day introductory trial on the annual plan. Current localized pricing and eligibility are shown before purchase.
