■ Ads To keep Sudoku Takumi free, a banner ad now appears at the bottom of the play screen, and a full-screen ad may appear when you leave a puzzle you have just solved. Full-screen ads are spaced out so they never appear back to back, and they never interrupt you while you are solving. We will ask for your permission to personalise ads (a tracking permission dialog appears). Ads are shown either way, and nothing is locked if you decline. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and where a consent form applies in your region, from "Ad privacy settings" on the My Page screen. ■ New - You can now review your records for each puzzle. Open them from the chart icon in the puzzle list, or by tapping the bar above the board while playing. History (date, time, whether hints were used) and the ranking are on separate tabs. - The same-number guide now stays visible while you enter digits. Tapping the same cell again toggles the guide on and off. - You can choose the size (Standard / Large) and weight (Standard / Bold) of the digits on the board. - Offensive words can no longer be set as your nickname. - "Contact us" has been added to My Page. It is shown whether or not you are signed in, and opens the support page. ■ Improved - The puzzle list now shows the difficulty (e.g. "Beginner P-001"). - Completed digits are italic and lighter only for the digits you entered; the puzzle's own digits are left as they are. Duplicates are highlighted in red only for the digits you entered, too. - Fixed a range of layout problems that appeared when the device font size is enlarged (tabs not visible, rows cut off, button labels breaking mid-word). - The italic used for digits you have finished placing is now a gentler slant. - All tabs in the puzzle list are now visible without scrolling sideways. - The Beginner level now has 20 puzzles instead of 10. - Puzzle numbers are now shown as "P-051" (delivered puzzles) and "L-003" (your own or scanned puzzles). - The screen orientation is now fixed to portrait. ■ Fixed - Opening a solved puzzle cleared the board and started a new game. - "Reset board" in the menu did not reset the elapsed time. - Tapping "Start" on the title screen sometimes did not go anywhere. - The last row of a list and the number pad could be hidden behind the system gesture bar. - The timer on the play screen was sometimes clipped. - Puzzle numbers were unreadable in the "My puzzles" list. - The tracking permission dialog sometimes did not appear at launch.
