City Ladder is a fast, focused word-chain game built around real cities from around the world — nearly 30,000 of them, from London and Tokyo to towns you've never heard of. Play against a bot that opens with a well-known city and gets craftier as the ladder grows, working scarce letters like Q, X, and U to try to trap you.
HOW TO PLAY
• Name any city to start the ladder.
• Each city after that must begin with the last letter of the previous one.
• No repeats — once a city's been played, it's off the table.
• Stuck? Spend one of your 3 hints per game, or concede gracefully with a two-tap "give up."
• You win when the bot can't answer — it reveals exactly why it's stuck.

City Ladder makes zero network requests. No analytics, no ads, no accounts, no tracking of any kind — the app has nothing to send anywhere because it never talks to a server at all. Your stats and preferences stay on your device.
