Tap any parcel and the record opens like a ledger entry: acreage, market value, land value, building square footage, year built, construction, subdivision, and tax district, drawn from the county assessor rolls compiled by the Utah Geospatial Resource Center. Coverage is deepest in the populous counties; where a county doesn't publish a figure, the app leaves it blank rather than guessing.

Boundaries are approximate and for reference only; they are not a survey. Records come from county assessor and recorder data published through the State Geographic Information Datasource.
Plat of Zion offers two auto-renewing subscriptions: Weekly ($9.99) and Annual ($99.99, with a 7-day free trial). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
