Otto AI: Email Assistant
Replies, Summaries & Follow-Up
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
AI email assistant for Gmail and Outlook. Otto drafts replies in your voice, summarizes your inbox and reminds you to follow up. Try it on sample data first.
Bring your Gmail and Outlook inboxes into Otto. Catch important messages, prepare replies and manage follow-ups with an AI assistant. You review important actions before they happen.
FIND WHAT NEEDS YOU
Ask Otto to summarize your inbox, surface important messages and help you take the next step.
REVIEW YOUR REPLY
Prepare a reply in plain English. Read and edit the draft before you approve sending it.
KEEP FOLLOW-UPS MOVING
Snooze messages, schedule sends and set follow-up reminders. Set up briefs and digests to fit your routine.
GMAIL AND OUTLOOK
Connect supported Google and Microsoft mailboxes. Use your mail, calendar, tasks and notes on iPhone and iPad. Provider support and available actions can differ; work or school accounts may require administrator permission.
START FREE
Read and manage one connected mailbox, with limited AI usage. Explore sample data before connecting an account.
PLUS AND PRO
Paid plans add more connected accounts and higher AI allowances. Pro includes additional advanced assistant features. AI usage is metered and subject to plan limits; the app shows your current allowance and available plans before purchase. Multiple connected accounts require a paid plan.
YOUR CHOICE, YOUR CONTROL
Check drafts and important actions before approving them. Review the privacy policy for how connected account data and AI requests are handled.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account. Prices and available offers are shown in the app before purchase.
