• Scan an invoice: point the camera at a paper bill — or pick a photo — and it becomes a draft you check before saving. The page is read on your device by default • Optional AI review: when you ask for it, the scanned page and the fields read from it go to Google Gemini for a second opinion — and nothing changes until you pick which suggestions to apply • Pick several photos at once and each one becomes its own document, with a list to go through before importing • Invoices you received now have a ledger of their own, kept apart from the ones you issue, so a supplier's bill is never counted as income • Pix (Brazil): your own Pix key becomes a scan-to-pay code, generated on the device • On a free trial you can ask to be reminded before it renews; if a payment later fails, the app says so instead of switching Pro off in silence • Fixes: a mistyped web address is no longer completed into a link that cannot open, a year at the end of an invoice number is read as a date rather than a quantity, and the total on Home is no longer cut short

• Each document now carries its own currency — change it in the editor and the figures are relabelled, never converted. Saved invoices keep the currency they were written in, so changing the business setting no longer rewrites old documents • The currency picker lists every circulating currency. Where it opened blank (BRL, MXN, THB and others), it works now • Yen, won, dong and other currencies without decimals no longer print stray fractions, so lines and totals add up • Totals on Home and in the sales report stay in one currency instead of adding different ones together • A shorter first launch: two pages, then you're in the app

• New QR type: Pix, for getting paid in Brazil. Enter your Pix key, name and city — and an amount if you want one — and the app draws a static Pix code your client scans in their own banking app. Free, like every other code type.

Your invoices reach the Home Screen. Three widgets: a saved payment code drawn large enough to hold up and scan, what you're owed and what's overdue at a glance, and shortcuts straight into a new invoice, estimate or code. Each comes in every size iOS offers. Widgets carry your look too — 50 backgrounds across plain, gradients, glows, patterns, materials and seasonal, plus a font and a text colour, all chosen from the widget's own edit sheet. Profile → Widgets shows every widget at every size before you add one, with the three steps for adding them at the top. The tab bar, Settings and Profile now speak your language instead of falling back to English, and the empty state in My Codes sits centred where it belongs.

Your QR code no longer has to sit on a plain white square. Pick one of 16 ready-made designs — poster, menu card, sale tag, neon, business card and more — and your code drops straight in, sized and placed for you. Four of them are free. The designer got more to play with too: decorative frames around the code, connected dots, two-tone eyes and radial gradients. And a tinted background is no longer turned away as unscannable when it reads perfectly well. Clients, items and templates have moved out of Settings — they now live in Profile.

New here? The app now walks you through your first invoice one step at a time — pick a look, add who you're billing and what you're charging for, choose how you get paid, then preview and send. Pro templates are free to use inside that walkthrough, and nothing interrupts it to ask for money. Skip any step, or head into the full app whenever you like.

Reworked the app's diagnostics so crashes and rough edges surface — and get fixed — faster. The analytics switch has been removed from Settings; the Privacy Policy describes the usage and crash data the app collects.

Tap any line on an invoice to edit its name, unit, price or quantity right there — the item saved in your library stays exactly as it was. Spanish joins the ten languages already in Settings. Clearer field labels in the contact QR editor.
