MaxVet is a comprehensive data driven app which allows vet clinic to track weight and BCS trends, meds and adherence, symptoms, EDUF and more. Free for your clinic. MaxVet gives you the owner-logged history before the animal reaches your table: the baseline, the trends, and the details owners forget under pressure. When a pet owner adds your clinic to their pet's care team in the free MaxPet app, that patient appears in MaxVet. You open a scan-first record built to be read in seconds: care status, exception-first flags, and the key vitals up top, with the full owner-logged history laid out below. WHAT YOU SEE FOR EACH PATIENT - Weight and body-condition trends, with an ideal lean weight from owner tape measurements (Witzel method) - BCS and resting respiratory rate, flagged at or above 30/min - EDUF at a glance: eating, drinking, urine and faeces over the last 14 days - Symptoms with body region, severity, and how many days present, in lay and technical wording - Medications with adherence and on-time rates from owner dose logs - Hydration against the pet's own normal band, with a PU/PD screening prompt - Toilet habits with the average stool consistency and how it is trending - Diet, energy requirement (FEDIAF/NRC), and a four-week feeding baseline - Activity, rest and energy trends, plus tie-corrected Spearman trend signals - Conditions, allergies, preventive care and vaccination status - Clinical notes and documents, including paper records you scan and upload on-device - Appointments, and a "since last visit" summary MaxVet is decision support, and only that. It does not diagnose, it does not treat, and it never replaces your examination or judgement. Much of the data is owner-entered, with the caveats that carries, and you remain in full control of every decision. MaxVet is not a monitoring service: a patient's record is not reviewed by your clinic except when you open it, and MaxVet does not alert or notify you.
