Your guide gets to know you better. Your profile now shows how well your guide knows you, and you can help it along by answering a few questions at a time, whenever you like. At the end of each study, your guide reads that day’s question aloud. You can rename your guide and hear each name before you choose. There’s a new Studies tab where you can pick up where you left off or revisit finished studies. Sign in and sign up have been redesigned, and if your connection drops mid-conversation, Rooted now tells you plainly and lets you send it again. Plus a fresh launch screen, smoother audio, and lots of small fixes throughout.

Your first seven days are free. Start a full week of personalized study before you're charged anything, and cancel any time. Your study saves more reliably. If your connection drops mid-session, your journal and progress are kept and finish saving once you're back. Reminders are yours to change. There's now a notification setting in your profile, so you can turn nudges on or off whenever you like. If you said no earlier, you can say yes later. Listening is steadier. Playback recovers faster instead of retrying something that can't succeed.

Build 12 adds and improves several onboarding and sharing features: Resumable onboarding: if the intake conversation is interrupted, users can now return and pick up where they left off, with a warm welcome-back from their guide. Improved intake opening: the guide now sets expectations at the start (personal experience, best in a quiet moment, no pressure to finish in one sitting). Share cards: users can share a scripture or reflection card from their Journal highlights and at the end of a daily study. Includes a background picker and live preview. Test: create a highlight and share it; complete a study day and share the end-of-day card; confirm the shared image and link work. In-app rating prompt: eligible returning users may see the standard App Store rating prompt. Welcome screen refresh: updated layout with rotating user sentiment.
