Turn geometric ideas into clear chip-carving patterns, mirrored layouts, and printable guides. Design chip-carving patterns wherever you work. CarveGrid is a focused, local-first pattern studio for geometric wood carving. Set the dimensions of your board, choose a square, diamond, or radial grid, and place triangular chips with a tap. Mirror a small motif into a balanced repeat, compare variants, and keep every project on your device. BUILD ON A PRECISE GRID Choose inches or millimetres, set your board size, adjust density, and keep dimensions visible while you design. PLACE AND REPEAT CHIPS Add, erase, select, rotate, undo, and redo geometric chips. Horizontal, vertical, four-way, and radial symmetry help you explore a pattern without redrawing every mark. START FROM ORIGINAL MOTIFS Use built-in rosettes, borders, and field patterns as editable starting points. Bundled motifs are original procedural designs created for CarveGrid. SAVE LOCAL PROJECTS Create variants, star favourites, duplicate a promising layout, and return to your work without an account or cloud service. PRINT A CLEAR GUIDE Export PNG or PDF with optional grid lines, board dimensions, Letter or A4 paper, and fit or real-size scale controls. CARVEGRID PREMIUM Unlock unlimited projects, advanced symmetry, the full motif library, high-resolution PNG, and PDF export with a weekly or yearly subscription. CarveGrid is a design aid. It does not provide tool-safety, cutting-depth, structural, or certification advice.
