Turn your morning reminder into a short, guided movement ritual with private, on-device pose verification. MotionRise turns a morning reminder into a short, guided movement ritual. Choose a ritual, schedule it for your morning, and move through jumping jacks, squats, and a plank. During a session, MotionRise uses the iPhone camera and on-device pose detection to show your progress as you move. You can also select a workout video from Photos. MotionRise analyzes supported movements on device and lets you correct the counts, date, and optional location before saving. Built for a calmer start: • Short, focused movement routines • Camera-guided progress and pose feedback • Private, on-device workout-video analysis • Alarm support on compatible devices, with notification reminders on iOS 18 • Recent ritual history and bounded form checks stored privately, with optional iCloud synchronization • A clear exit and accessible fallback when camera verification is unavailable or not appropriate MotionRise Pro includes a 7-day free trial with the annual plan, then renews at the displayed annual price unless canceled. A monthly plan is also available without a trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends and can be managed in App Store account settings. Live camera sessions and selected workout videos are processed on your device. Videos are never uploaded, and selected videos remain in Photos. MotionRise does not require an account.
