• A calm Today list. Open the app and see exactly what your home needs today. A short,
finishable list — usually nothing at all, and that's a good day too.
• A library of 40+ real tasks. Gutters, dryer vents, HVAC filters, smoke detectors,
water heaters, sprinklers, grout, refrigerator coils. Nine categories: Safety, HVAC,
Appliances, Plumbing, Exterior, Interior, Garbage & Recycling, Seasonal, and
Lawn & Garden. Each arrives with a sensible schedule and a note on why it's worth
doing, so the answer to "how often should I…" is already there when you need it.
• Your own tasks too. Anything the library doesn't cover — write it in seconds, on
whatever rhythm your home actually keeps.
• A reminder on the day it's due. One notification, at an hour you choose, and you can
complete or snooze it right from the banner.
• A satisfying swipe to mark it done. It's a small thing. You'll like it.
