OtoTasdik moves to a new design, with every screen redone for car owners and for repair shops. CAR OWNERS • On "My garage", the car's card shows the plate with the odometer, the last service and the inspection date. "Show QR to the shop" and "Share sale link" sit on the card too. • A record from a workshop now opens like a paper statement: the shop, the technician and the document number, the work done with its prices and the total including VAT. At the foot it says "Sealed by the shop", and "Signature details" shows the signature. • "Timeline" and "Records" also show what each record cost. • Text and colours are easier to read in the light and the dark theme. REPAIR SHOPS • The new "Today" screen holds the card for scanning the customer's QR to open a job, and the "On the bench" list. A car that is waiting for parts can be marked "Waiting for parts". • You can add the technician's name to a job; it shows on the Service Statement. • Work orders, customers and the statement have the new design as well.

This update is for independent shops: logos and letterheads on statements can now be arranged with a live preview. This update is for independent shops: the app now explains what to do at each step on its own. HELP • Profile has a new "Help" row. Under "How to" it lists five topics: "Open a work order", "Scan the customer's QR", "Seal the record", "Send to the customer" and "Invite your customers". Each is explained in 3 to 4 short steps. • A "?" button ("How to") now sits in the top bar of the new work order form, of an open work order and of the QR scanner. It opens the topic for that screen. • The "Stuck? Get help" link on the Today screen takes you straight to Help. FIRST WORK ORDER AND SETUP • A shop with no work order yet sees an "Open your first work order" card on the Today screen: "New Work Order" and "Scan QR" buttons, and three steps under "How it works". • The "Workshop setup guide" card lists five steps: "Open your first work order", "Finish the job and seal the record", "Send it to the customer", "Add your logo to your statements" and "Invite your customers". Finished steps are marked. Close the card with its × button ("Dismiss guide") and bring it back from Help with "Show the setup guide". CLEARER SCREENS • On a new work order the VIN field is now "VIN (chassis number)", with a note on where to find the number: the registration certificate, the windscreen corner or the door pillar label. • Under "Seal & Complete" the screen now says "Once sealed, the record is signed and can't be changed." • "Send to Customer" no longer says "coming soon". The button already worked. • Customers, Statements and Financial Report show a button to the next step when they are empty ("Open a work order", "Go to work orders"). SIGN-UP • Registering as an independent shop now requires a "Tax office". Choose it from the "Choose your tax office" list, or type the name if it is not there. FOR EVERYONE • In the "Add maintenance record" form, the "Scan receipt" button is now "Scan service receipt". The "Add fuel log" form keeps "Scan receipt".

This update is about notifications: tapping one now opens the page it is about. NOTIFICATIONS • Tap a notification saying a service record was added to your car's wallet, and that car's page opens. • Notifications without a page of their own take you to Notifications. Before, tapping a notification only opened the app. • When a new OtoTasdik version is out, tapping its notification opens the App Store.

This update is for car owners: everything inside your vehicle inspection report now shows in the app. THE REPORT IN FULL • Tap a report under Garage → TÜVTÜRK and it opens. Identity (plate, chassis number, engine number, vehicle ID), Vehicle (brand, model, type, model year, fuel, colour, tyre size, odometer) and Inspection (station, lane, date, result, approval, validity, inspection fee, late fee, purpose of use, registration type, number of seats, first registration, registration date) on one page. • These fields are read from the report itself. A field we could not read is left out — we do not put a guess in its place. • Defects get their own section, each row carrying the defect code, the description and the severity (Minor / Major / Dangerous). FIXING WHAT WAS READ • Automatic reading is not always complete. If a field is missing or wrong, you can correct it yourself with "Review and fix"; saving marks the report as reviewed. • The defects list is read-only. If a defect row is wrong, the way to fix it is to upload the PDF again.

This update is for workshops: inviting your own customers to OtoTasdik now lives inside the app. CUSTOMER INVITES — FOR WORKSHOPS • The top of the dashboard has an "Invite your customers" card. Send your own invite link from the share sheet, copy it, or show it as a QR code. When a customer you invited joins OtoTasdik, the work you did becomes a verifiable record in that car's history — and it is free for car owners. • The card can be closed, and closing it is permanent; it does not come back on every launch. Closing it does not take the feature away: a permanent "Invite" row sits under Profile → Settings. • You see how many times you shared the link, how often it was opened and how many people signed up. We do not show who signed up. That someone opened an OtoTasdik account is not ours to tell a third party without their permission. • The card only appears for workshops whose application is approved and whose tax verification is complete. On an unapproved workshop the invite screen could only return an error, so the card is no longer drawn at all in that state. DASHBOARD • One of the four metric tiles sat alone below the other three. The tiles now line up in rows of two, and with an odd number of tiles the gap falls on the last row instead of in the middle.

If you couldn't send your promo package request, this update fixes it. Your own invite link is here too. PROMO DELIVERY FORM • The "Send" button was the last item on the form with too little room beneath it, so it sat under the phone's bottom system bar (the home indicator on iOS). Even scrolling to the end, you couldn't press it. The device's safe area is now accounted for. • On the same form, the "My branch isn't listed" link did not fit on one line with its heading, so it overflowed the right edge and was clipped. Overflowing text is both invisible and untappable; the heading now wraps instead. INVITE • Settings now has "Invite": a permanent link of your own. Send it from the share sheet, copy it, or show it as a QR code. • You see how many times you shared it, how often it was opened, how many people signed up and how many started using the app. • We do not show who signed up. That someone opened an OtoTasdik account is not ours to tell a third party without their permission. • Only you share the link. We message nobody, and we never ask for the phone number of the person you invite.

If an inspection report would not upload, this update fixes it. And when you delete your account, we now ask why — optional. UPLOADING AN INSPECTION REPORT • The upload sheet collected two data-protection declarations and then left them out of the request, so the server refused an upload over a field your app never sent. The "no consent" error you saw was not about your consent record. Both declarations now travel with the request. • Consent for report storage could not be given anywhere in the app. There is now a step that asks for exactly that one permission, before the upload starts — asked up front rather than afterwards, because the upload continues in the background. • When a new version of a consent is published, a queued upload no longer proceeds on the old one; you are asked again. • With several consent records, the highest version now wins. It used to depend on the order the records came back and could resolve the lowest. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT • You can pick why you are leaving from a list: you sold the vehicle, features you expected are missing, too many notifications, privacy concerns and more. A box for a few lines of your own sits beside it. • Both are optional. You can delete your account without answering either, and leaving them empty changes nothing about the deletion. • The "what gets deleted" card on that screen is corrected: your name and e-mail are removed from the product and kept in the deletion record we are legally required to hold. The card used to say only that they were deleted. ALSO • The marketplace links in the vehicle list are gone. Stored listing numbers stay; the outbound links do not.

Your motorcycle belongs in OtoTasdik too. You pick the vehicle type as you add it, and the service plan, reminders and road tax all follow it. MOTORCYCLES • Adding a vehicle now has a "Vehicle type" step: car or motorcycle. The type you choose drives the maintenance plan, the reminder schedule and the road-tax calculation together. • 13 maintenance items built for a bike: chain lubrication, chain slack and alignment, chain and sprocket replacement, valve clearance, throttle cable adjustment, front fork oil, shaft drive oil, swingarm and steering head bearings, clutch adjustment, brake lever and pedal free play, tyre pressure and tread depth, and belt inspection. Items that only apply to chain-driven bikes are marked as such, and chain lubrication is reminded again after riding in rain or dust. • Car items no longer appear in a motorcycle's plan, and motorcycle items do not appear in a car's. The list you see when logging maintenance is now built for that vehicle's type. ROAD TAX • The road-tax calculator now covers motorcycles, with the Turkish revenue administration's motorcycle brackets (1B and 1D) unlocked. Enter engine displacement and age to see the annual figure and both instalments. UPDATES AND VERSION • The app now tells you when a new version is available. For a critical update you get a screen that asks you to update before continuing; for an ordinary one, a card you can dismiss. • The running version is now shown in Settings, on the service-centre profile and on the sign-in screen, so it is easy to quote when you contact support. LANGUAGES • English and German wording for the registration-document fields is complete, and every string in the new motorcycle step ships in all three languages. Your data stays on EU servers (Frankfurt); you can export it or delete your account from Settings.

WORKSHOPS • A work order now has three states: Open, Sealed, Handed over. "Seal" is one tap and the service slip is ready at once. Inspection-line steps such as queue and quality control are gone from workshop screens. • "Scan QR" on the dashboard and in the new work order: scan the customer's wallet QR and the vehicle fills itself in. • The VIN is now required, so the work order opens on the real car. Scan the door sticker, windshield or registration with the camera ("Scan VIN") — real VINs with I, O or Q are accepted. • Older records that showed a meaningless code in place of a VIN now show the plate and "VIN unknown". Enter the real number with "Add VIN" and the history merges. • Workshops signing up with Google can finish registering; signing in on an unfinished account takes you to the form. The dashboard refreshes itself after a new work order or a status change.

OtoTasdik now speaks English and German and opens in your phone's language. New: consumables in your wallet, plainer inspection labels, permission prompts you can read. LANGUAGE • The app follows the language your phone is set to. If your phone is set to a language OtoTasdik doesn't speak, it opens in English. • Change it whenever you like under Settings › App language. The choice belongs to the app, so it doesn't touch the rest of your phone. • Buttons, dates, distances (still in km), reminders and the notifications we send you all follow the same setting. CONSUMABLES • Washer fluid, wiper blades, a bulb, a bottle of antifreeze — the small things you buy for the car and forget by the following month. Logging one takes a few seconds. • They show separately under Spending, so an oil change and a pack of bulbs no longer end up in the same total. A CLEANER LOOK • The periodic inspection is labelled Inspection, in plain words, so it is obvious which of your records is the one carrying an expiry date. • The plate chip shows the blue TR band only on Turkish plates. Any other plate gets a plain chip instead of a band that isn't its own. • The faint watermark behind your records is gone. Long entries read more easily without it. FULLY TRANSLATED • The prompts iOS shows before it hands over the camera, your photos, the microphone or notifications now explain themselves in your language instead of Turkish. • Scan, the appointment wizard, the fault-code lookup and the dictation screen are translated end to end. • Dictation listens in the language the app is in, so an English wallet takes English notes. Records you added before this version keep their original titles. Your data stays on EU servers (Frankfurt); export or delete your account from Settings.

YAKIT FİŞİ ARTIK YAKIT'A GİDİYOR Belge tarama özelliğiyle bir pompa fişini okuttuğunuzda kayıt Bakım kategorisine düşüyordu. Düzeldi. Fiş artık Yakıt olarak tanınıyor ve form litre, birim fiyat, toplam tutar, tarih ve istasyon adıyla dolu geliyor — fotoğrafı ikinci kez çekmenize gerek yok. Emin olunamayan alanların yanında "Fişten okundu" uyarısı çıkıyor, kaydetmeden önce bakabilirsiniz. SERVİS BELGESİNDE BAKIM TÜRÜ DE OKUNUYOR Taranan her servis belgesi, belgede ne yazarsa yazsın "Yağ değişimi" olarak kaydediliyordu. Fren işi de, lastik de. Artık tür belgedeki kalemlerden okunuyor; anlaşılamazsa "Diğer" seçiliyor ve tahminde bulunulmuyor. Bunun pratik karşılığı şu: yağ değişimi hatırlatmanız gerçekten yağ değiştirdiğiniz tarihe göre geliyor.

KAYITLARINIZ • Zaman tünelindeki bir kayda dokunduğunuzda kaydın tamamı açılır — yakıt fişi, bakım kalemleri, ceza tebligatı, ne eklediyseniz. Dokunmak önceden hiçbir şey yapmıyordu. • Araç sayfasındaki işlem düğmeleri artık katlanıyor, böylece kayıtlarınız yukarı geliyor. Düğmelere "İŞLEMLER" başlığından ulaşırsınız. Değer, aracın geçmişindeki en yüksek kilometrenin altına düşemez; geriye dönük bir kayıt girmek ise serbesttir, çünkü iki yıl öncesine bugünkünden düşük bir değer yazmak doğrudur. • Tarihleri yazarak girebiliyorsunuz. 01022026 yazdığınızda 01.02.2026 olur; noktaları koymanıza gerek yok. Takvim de yerinde duruyor. • Başlangıç rehberi artık her adımda kapanıyor. Önceden yalnızca son adımda kapatılabiliyordu. Artık hepsinde yazıyor. • SAĞLIK ve SIRADAKİ yazıları kutucuğa sığmıyordu ("SAĞL…"); artık tam okunuyor, sıradaki bakımın adı da öyle. • Satış için paylaşım ekranı artık hangi aracı paylaştığını en başta yazıyor; hangi aracın geçmişini gönderdiğin tek bakışta belli. • Garajın boşken ekran önce "Garajın boş" diyor, rehber hemen altında duruyor. Rehber kartındaki yazılar da artık kırpılmıyor. YENİ GELENLER • Karşılama turu. İlk girişte Garaj, Kayıtlar, Tara, Bildirim ve Profil sekmelerini tek tek tanıtıyor. Acelen varsa "Geç" diyebilirsin; sonra fikrin değişirse Profil > Uygulamayı tanı > Tanıtımı tekrar izle ile baştan açılır. Promosyon paketin kargoya verildiğinde takip numarası bildirimle sana geliyor; numarayı aramana gerek kalmıyor. • Yeni üye olanları da bir hoş geldin mesajı karşılıyor. • Yakıt kaydında litreyi elle mi girdin, fişi kameraya mı tuttun: bu da kaydın içinde yazıyor, rakamın nereden geldiği belli oluyor.
