Open the app. Play piano.
Honest Piano is free to try. One small one-time purchase unlocks all 88 keys forever — no subscription, no ads, no account, no upsells. That's the whole deal, and you just read all of it.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Most piano apps want a monthly fee for a piano that never changes. This one works the way an instrument should: you buy it once, and it's yours.
PLAYS OVER EVERYTHING
Put on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube — anything. Honest Piano plays right over it without pausing your music or turning it down. Hear a song, find the chords, play along.
RECORD THE IDEA BEFORE IT'S GONE
One tap records what you play — clean audio, no microphone, no background noise. Your recordings save right to your device and share anywhere.
A REAL INSTRUMENT
• All 88 keys, sampled from a real grand piano
• Touch-sensitive keys — play soft, play bold, it responds
• Pitch bend and mod wheels on every keyboard
• Sustain pedal, zoom from 1 octave to the full 88
• Two-keyboard mode: bass in one hand, melody in the other
MORE THAN A PIANO
Strings, harpsichord, guitar, bass, synths, organ, pads, glockenspiel — and real drum kits with genuine cymbal recordings. Pick a different sound for each keyboard row.
A METRONOME THAT MEANS IT
Any tempo from 1–200. Real time signatures, subdivisions, and six levels of swing — modeled after the click you'd find in a pro studio. Practice like you mean it.
PRIVATE, ACTUALLY
No account. No tracking. No data collected. The app doesn't know who you are and doesn't want to.
Made by a working musician who wanted a piano app with no nonsense. Open the app. Play piano.
Honest Piano just got better, simpler, and stronger.
