Affirmations fail because they're unbelievable. Proof makes yours honest, then helps you prove them one receipt at a time.
Most affirmations fail at the first sentence. If you don't believe the words,
repeating them louder doesn't help.
Proof starts there.
Write something you wish you believed. Proof helps bring the sentence down to
earth, until it feels honest enough to use today. Make it gentler, make it more
direct, or edit it yourself. When something happens that supports the belief, even
something small, save that moment as proof.
Over time, the words stop feeling borrowed. They have your own history behind them.
You can also browse a quiet feed of beliefs, keep the ones that fit, pass on the
ones that don't, and reshape the ones that are close. Your saved belief can stay
nearby in a widget or an optional reminder. If you want to share it, you can make a
still image or a short transformation video first.
Your writing stays private. Proof doesn't require an account, and your beliefs,
proof, and photos are stored on your iPhone. Notifications never include your
proof text, and you can keep your belief off your lock screen and widgets.
Proof is a subscription. After the guided setup, Proof Premium unlocks the full
practice: recalibration, unlimited proof, photo receipts, your evolution history,
widgets, reminders, and sharing tools. The annual plan begins with a one week free
trial, and your writing always stays on your iPhone.
Proof offers optional weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is
charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew
automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account
settings. Available plans, localized prices, and any eligible introductory offer
are shown before purchase.
