Each passage now keeps a count of how it was played: letters typed, letters worked out, and mistakes. The count carries nothing that identifies you. It shows us where the deepest chambers are too harsh, so they can stay hard and still fair.

The deepest chambers of the temple fight back. - Carved seals: the longest passages change their cipher partway through. Break a seal and the symbols beyond it are cut anew, with every letter to work out again. - Cursed words: deep in the temple, now and then, a word's letters wander, trading places until you decode every one. It holds still while your cursor is on it. - Both are explained the first time you reach them. - Long passages no longer freeze when they open or when you win them. - XP now grows with the length of the passage you decode. - The decoded passage always shows in full on the victory card, even on smaller phones. - The Decoder Master title at the end of the ascent shows in full, and the Flawless mark only appears on truly flawless solves.

The cipher plays the way it was made to again. - Given letters are scattered through every word, so the hidden ones can be worked out from the letters around them and from the symbols you already know. - A correct letter fills the tile you chose. Other tiles wearing the same symbol wait for you to find them. - The keyboard stays fully lit. It no longer greys out letters for you. - A hint reveals one tile, and the Oracle once again solves every tile of the letter you select.

The board has room to breathe. The six powers now live in a tool belt that opens over the board and closes when you are done, so nothing crowds the puzzle. Fixes: - Some ciphers ran two words together. They no longer do. - Chapter I's secret vault could be entered before a single cipher was solved. It stays sealed until you earn it. - Pre-filled letters now respect the cipher. A letter you are given is given everywhere it appears, so one glyph always means one letter.
