A softer welcome: HERA now opens in the pink of our moon. Log your period right from the Today screen: one tap when it starts, one tap when it ends. Forgot? Choose yesterday or two days ago. Fixed: period days between the start and end now show correctly on the calendar in every timezone.

Fixed: logging a period could close the app on iPhone. Predictions now use the cycle length HERA has learned from your logs everywhere (Home ring, day count, reminders), and a single unusual cycle no longer throws them off. Apple Health sync is only used once you connect it in Profile.

HERA no longer waits on the network to open, so it starts straight away even on a weak connection or in aeroplane mode. • More accurate phases. Ovulation is now anchored to your next period rather than the midpoint of your cycle, which is how the body actually works. If your cycle isn't 28 days, your phases were drifting by up to several days. They no longer do. • Apple Health. Import the periods you already track on your iPhone, and save new ones back. Entirely optional. • Smoother throughout. Moving between tabs and screens now flows instead of jumping.
