Health records are stored on your device by default. YOUR CYCLE, AT A GLANCE Log period start and end dates, flow, and symptoms. Review past records and estimated upcoming dates in the calendar. Predictions update from your settings and records; use them as a guide, especially when records are limited or your cycle changes. SMALL RECORDS, A CLEARER PICTURE Keep track of mood, sleep, weight, temperature, hydration, exercise, medication, and notes. All record types appear by default. Compact view still shows 8 entries, and you can reorder your favorites. LOOK BACK AT YOUR PATTERNS Explore cycle and everyday wellbeing trends as you build your history. View cycle information from Home and the iOS widget. REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY Set period, daily logging, medication, hydration, and other reminders. Notification permission is required. Some features have VIP or reward-unlock conditions; delivery also depends on device settings. ON-DEVICE FIRST, BACKUP BY CHOICE No login is required for core recording. Your cycle and health records are not automatically uploaded when you start using the app. After signing in, records are uploaded only when you manually create a cloud backup. Choose an optional privacy lock, or manually import period, weight, and sleep data from Apple Health with your permission. OPTIONAL EXTRAS Cloud backup and CSV/PDF health report export are available. Some additional features require a VIP subscription or the reward conditions shown in the app. Check the purchase screen for included benefits. The app contains advertising. Declining tracking permission does not disable core recording and does not necessarily remove ads. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store. Prices, billing periods, and included benefits are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in iOS Settings.
