Deskweave is a private, offline classroom seating planner built for real rooms and real placement needs. MAP THE ROOM YOU HAVE Create a flexible desk grid, resize it from 2 by 2 through 10 by 10, and block positions for aisles, doors, equipment, or unavailable furniture. Existing seats and assignments are preserved whenever a resize keeps their positions. MODEL ONLY USEFUL CONSTRAINTS Record preferred names, front-access priority, students who should be kept apart, productive pairings, locked seats, and concise substitute-facing notes. Data stays on this device unless you intentionally export it. WEAVE AND REVIEW The deterministic solver places locked and high-constraint students first, then improves the full arrangement through repeat-zone penalties and controlled swaps. A new readiness analysis reports assignment coverage, adjacent conflicts, priority-weighted front access, preferred-pair proximity, locked-seat compliance, room utilization, and repeated rows. KEEP ROTATIONS REVERSIBLE Generating or restoring a plan archives the current arrangement. Review up to 24 recent rotations and restore a prior board without rebuilding it by hand. MOVE ROSTERS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Import and export standards-friendly CSV files with quoted commas, quotation marks, and multiline notes handled correctly. Export a polished PDF chart for staff who need a static copy. Deskweave supports iPhone and iPad, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels, light and dark appearances, and direct manual swaps from the board. One paid download includes every feature. There are no subscriptions, ads, in-app purchases, accounts, analytics SDKs, or cloud profiles.
