Choose which sections to include. - SHA-256 photo fingerprints, with a check that shows whether a stored photo has changed since it was added. - Backup and restore: one file holds the rental, every record, and every photo. Restoring saves a safety copy first. - CSV export of every record and communication. - Move-in and move-out readiness checklists. - Set up your own rental with room templates; rename rooms and change their checklists. - Edit or delete any record, edit communications with follow-up dates, and track keys, parking items, and meter readings at move-in and move-out. - New capture guide, Dark Mode and larger-text fixes, and wider iPad layouts. - A fresh install now starts empty.
