The whole path is open: 15 courses, 216 lessons and every songbook, with real-time note grading on every exercise, a tuner and a full metronome. Pro Yearly starts with a 7-day free trial — play real lessons before you pay.

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

We skip what you already know • Tell us what you can already play — open chords, barre chords, fingerpicking, palm muting — and HiGuitar ticks those lessons off for you. Five years of playing no longer starts at "Pick Every String". • Say you have never held a guitar and the setup stays exactly as short as before. Say you already play and you get two more questions, because you have more to tell us. • A closing screen builds your path in front of you and says how many lessons it skipped. • Pro yearly now starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time. • The paywall is a clear single screen: the trial, the price and the renewal terms all in one place, and always closable. • The welcome screen has a little more life in it, and the mascot waves back. Your language, all the way down • HiGuitar now speaks 23 languages. Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Croatian, Greek, Turkish, Ukrainian and Russian join the eight already here — and not just the buttons. Every lesson, every exercise and every word of explanation is translated. • The tuner was rebuilt. The needle holds still instead of trembling, keeps reading as a string fades — which is exactly when you reach for the tuning peg — and follows the string you are actually tuning instead of jumping to a neighbour. Low E now reads on the first pluck. • Passing an exercise no longer hides your result: the confetti bursts and clears in a second, so you can read the score, the message and the buttons underneath. • Pick your language any time in Settings — it is now its own screen, so the rest of your settings stay where you can reach them. Ideas or questions? Write to us from Settings.

Practice just became a game • Practice now runs full-screen in landscape — tap Start and the tab rotates with you. • Two modes for every exercise: Practice (waits for each note, loops the bars you choose, adjusts speed automatically) and Test (graded — pass it to move on). • Listen first: hear the melody on a real guitar before you play a note. • Correct notes spark, streaks catch fire, and the mascot cheers you on. • Earn XP, level up from Beginner to Maestro, and collect badges — new songs unlock as you learn. • Finger training is now real tunes — Ode to Joy, Twinkle Twinkle, Jingle Bells and more — instead of dry drills. • Optional daily practice reminder, at the time you pick. • New welcome flow: tell us your level and goal, and play your first melody within minutes. Everything above ships in all eight languages. Ideas or questions? Write to us from Settings.
