TrueDetect Master is the operator companion app for the TrueDetect AI device-management platform, built for used-mobile trading companies, refurbishers, and resale businesses.
Sign in with your TrueDetect operator account to manage the devices YOUR business has enrolled and consented into the platform:
- Provision a device by scanning its on-screen QR code
- Remotely lock or release an enrolled device
- Read a device's status and test report
- Choose which hardware tests run on your devices, for Auto Test and Manual Test
- Review your fleet from anywhere
This app is a dashboard for the operator's own managed devices. It does not access, control, or collect data from any device the operator has not enrolled. All actions run against the operator's authenticated account on the TrueDetect server.
A TrueDetect operator account is required to use this app.
