No account. No advertising. No in-app analytics. Your lists, favorites, ratings, collections, photos, and purchase history are stored locally on your device.
When you scan or refresh a barcode, Grocery Box contacts public product and price databases to retrieve available information. Those services receive the barcode and technically necessary connection data. Product data and prices can be incomplete or inaccurate, so always check packaging and the price shown by the retailer.
