Tightlog is a fishing logbook for carp, F1 and coarse anglers. Log a catch in seconds - species, weight, photo - and Tightlog captures the conditions for you: weather, barometric pressure and its trend, wind direction, moon phase, tides, and live river levels. Over a season it shows you the patterns behind your own catches - the time of day, the pressure and the moon phase you actually catch in. A COACH THAT HAS READ YOUR LOGBOOK Tightlog turns those patterns into a read of the day: which spell to fish, what the pressure is doing, and how today compares with the sessions that actually worked. Ask it anything about methods, rigs, baits and watercraft, and it answers as a coarse angler would. The read of the day is generated on your phone with Apple Intelligence, on devices that support it. The chat coach uses Apple Intelligence where it is available and falls back to our own server when it is not, so your questions may be sent to us and on to Google Gemini to be answered. Your logbook database is not uploaded either way. YOUR LOGBOOK, YOUR PHONE The logbook is a database on your device. Copying it to our servers is optional and stays off until you turn it on. Export everything to CSV or a photo archive whenever you like, so your records leave with you. SHARE ONLY WHAT YOU CHOOSE Sharing is per catch and always deliberate. Publish one to the shared feed, add friends, run a group, or fish a private competition with a join code. Locations on a shared catch are rounded to a coarse grid on your phone, so an exact swim never leaves the device. Everything you do not share stays private. Also included: sessions with a live catch rate, personal bests by species, a monthly goal, your rigs and bait, and AI Studio for turning a favourite catch into artwork.
