Ideas and materials in one place Read posts and team member comments, edit your writing, and capture new ideas. You can also read meeting minutes saved to a board on Mac. Make it comfortable to read Choose dark mode, text size, and display language for your iPhone or iPad. Your Mac's display settings stay as they are. A companion to your Mac office Manage your company and team members, record meetings, and use live meeting support on Mac. Enable iCloud sync on devices using the same Apple Account to carry goals, conversations, and boards between them. Meeting audio and original transcripts stay on the recording Mac; minutes saved to a board can be synced and read on your companion devices. Connect AI your way Use Apple Intelligence on a supported device. Other AI conversations need a connection available to this device. ChatGPT and Claude subscription connections are set up on Mac. Goals and boards work without an AI account. External AI fees and usage limits follow each provider's policies. Your work is stored on your device, and iCloud sync is optional. If you choose an external AI service, the conversations and related materials you approve are sent to that provider. Requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. Apple Intelligence availability depends on your device, language, and settings. AI team members offer suggestions. The final judgment and decision are yours. Pocket CEO Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription for up to six AI teammates, external AI connections, up to ten boards including the archive, and the in-app browser. Pro custom roles and meeting recording, transcripts, and minutes are available on Mac. Company, teammate, and office settings are available on Mac, including on the free plan. External AI subscription and API fees are separate. Check the App Store purchase screen for your local price. One subscription works on Mac and iPhone with the same App Store purchase account. The initial seven-day Pro trial requires no payment registration and does not charge automatically. Choosing a paid subscription, including during the app trial, starts billing. Paid subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel renewal in your Apple account's subscription settings. Existing settings and records are kept when you return to the free plan.
