Organize your Apple Reminders by importance and urgency. Todo Matrix puts your tasks into four clear quadrants so you can choose what to do now, schedule for later, delegate, or set aside.
Choose up to three priorities with Today’s Focus. Add notes and due dates, search your reminders, and keep track of completed tasks. Use your iCloud Reminders account to keep supported devices in sync.
Add a Lock Screen widget and choose a list, a focused task, or two important quadrants. After editing tasks in Apple Reminders or on another device, open Todo Matrix to refresh its data. iOS controls widget refresh timing.
Available in 26 localizations, including English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese and more. Reminders access is required to display and manage your tasks.
