SekaiPals - Daily Words
A word a day with your Pals
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Meet cute Pals, discover a new word each day, and build your collections at your own pace. Listen, learn, and take useful travel phrases with you wherever you go.
SekaiPals is a gentle language-learning app where you meet cute Pals, discover a new word every day, and grow your own collections as you go.
See a word, listen to it, and learn at your own pace. Open SekaiPals on your commute, between classes, before a trip, or whenever curiosity strikes. Every word you learn joins your Word Collection, and every new Pal makes the journey feel a little more personal.
What you can do with SekaiPals
- Word of the Day: Learn words and phrases with audio and easy reading aids.
- Word Collection: Keep track of the words you have learned across categories.
- Character Album: Meet new Pals as you continue learning.
- Review Quiz: Revisit learned words with simple multiple-choice quizzes.
- Travel Phrasebook: Browse helpful phrases for your trip and show them to the person in front of you. A flipped-display view helps you share the screen face-to-face.
- Electronic Paper Companion: If you have a compatible electronic paper device, you can display a Pal and keep it close as a key holder.
Make language learning feel a little lighter. With SekaiPals, the world's words can become a small, welcoming part of your day.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
We've expanded from 31 to 63 languages to learn.
32 new languages have been added, including Bengali, Urdu, Tamil, Georgian, and Mongolian, plus a smarter pronunciation button and other small fixes.
This update adds flag badges to word cards so you can instantly see which language you're practicing, and lets you switch your custom language pal from the Character Album. Tapping "I'm done for today" now takes you straight back home. We've also refined category progression: free users advance automatically, while watching a rewarded ad or going Premium lets you pick freely. Plus a small Review Quiz display fix.
