Missed a day? It's no longer a hole in your proof. NEW: log any of the last 7 days. Life happens — now a missed day can be filled in while it's still fresh. Filled-in days are honestly marked "recalled" in your record and on your report, because same-day logs carry the most weight with clinicians. NEW: the widget now shows whether you've logged today — and if you haven't, one tap takes you straight into the log. NEW: your progress card counts down the days to the 2-cycle record clinicians look for, so you always know how close your proof is. And if your record goes quiet for a couple of days, Prova sends one gentle reminder that it's still alive and the gap is fixable.

NEW: a home-screen widget. Your cycle day and phase, visible at a glance — and deliberately nothing else. Your symptoms never appear on the widget; they stay inside the app. We also rewrote our App Store description. The daily log asks you to rate 11 symptoms — calling that a 10-second job was overpromising, so now the listing just tells you what the log actually is: the DSM-5 premenstrual criteria as a form you can fill in over a coffee.
