A big update for the whole job, from the first knock to getting paid. • Sign up in the app with email, Apple, or Google, and set up your company from Home. • A new Home: Jobs, Calendar, People, Storms, Territories, and Reports tiles, with Search and a plus for anything new. • Jobs: every property with a deal in one list by stage, with what's due on you first. • Invoices: bill customers from the property. They pay by bank transfer to your company's bank account, and QuickBooks stays current. • Insurance claims: share the claim or a photo of it, and the estimate fills in its lines, its money, and the sketch's measurements. Swap claim lines for your price book items, with Brigg's picks to say yes or no to. • Measure a roof by drawing it on the map, with a 3D scan for pitches and walls and a roof for each level, or upload a measurement report you already have. • Inspection reports on one page, sent by email or text, showing when they're opened. • Contracts carry the three-day right to cancel, and the signed copy is emailed and filed. • Calendar: a week view, your hours and time off, and a confirmation text you choose per booking. • Storms: one page with storms near you and in your states, search by place or day, and a page for each storm. • Territories: a page for each territory with its numbers and the next doors to knock. • Roles for canvassers, sales reps, managers, and admins, or your own, and locations for each office. • Reports for every rep, by date range and location, now with payments. • Works without signal: knocks, notes, photos, and new properties save on the phone and send later, and maps of your areas save for offline use. • Brigg books appointments, makes PDF reports of your numbers, and teaches the app with Tutorials on an example property. • Light and dark mode follow your phone. • Notifications by topic, and the app asks before turning them on. • The app asks before anything goes to AI, and Settings, Account turns it off. • Plus many fixes.

Properties now open as a full screen with a photo of the house, so notes, photos, contacts, appointments, documents and estimates all sit one tap from the address. Estimates are built in steps, with your roof measurements on hand, a price for each option you offer, and one box for the customer's total. Before you send, preview the proposal as the web page the homeowner opens or as the printed PDF, which now loads faster. Documents show thumbnails and can be renamed, filed or deleted without leaving the list.

This update focuses on stability and polish. We fixed keyboard issues across the app, including a more reliable Done button and multiline messages in team chat. Photo uploads are faster and more consistent, inspection reports generate more quickly, and PDF attachments are now optional. Estimates got a cleaner pricing flow and refreshed templates, the document library makes it easy to keep brochures and warranty docs on hand, and Home now surfaces nearby storm opportunities. You'll also get notified about direct messages from teammates, property search is smarter, and we cleared up a number of smaller bugs along the way.

This update adds an organization document library (upload and manage PDFs and images from Settings, with those files selectable when building proposal templates and estimate catalog pages), on-device creation and editing of proposal templates (cover and header photos, page selection, catalog pages), and photo support for pricebook items and assemblies. Estimate pricing has been simplified to a single margin control with live totals and the organization's configured margin limits; the manual total override has been removed. Proposals now retain the company content in effect when they were sent, so signed documents do not change after later edits. The in-app assistant can look up a property by address or homeowner name and has stability fixes for long conversations. General bug fixes and performance improvements.

This update introduces Brigg, an in-app assistant that answers questions about your properties, storms, and leads, finds and compares storms around any place, drafts chat messages, and sets up EagleView orders for you. It also adds a new Contacts screen, one sales cycle per property with a Signed stage, sales and field reports, and estimates built straight from EagleView measurements with proposals, packages, in-person signing, and sending by email or text. Chat now has channels, direct messages, attachments, and subcontractor conversations over text or email. Storm settings are per user, weather alerts open on the storm map, and you can save into CoContractor from the iOS share sheet. Plus faster map loading, bulk photo selection, a redesigned leaderboard, and clearer error messages.
