Every neighborhood has its cats. Catch them, name them and level them up with players around you - starting with our Founding Cats scattered across Europe. Every neighborhood has its cats. MAIOU! turns them into a shared collectible card game. Spot a real cat, photograph it, and catch it. If nobody has captured it before, you are its discoverer: you name it, and a rarity draw turns it into a unique card - Common, Uncommon, Rare or Legendary. If the cat is already known, your photo counts for everyone: the cat gains XP and levels up for the whole community. ONE REAL CAT = ONE SHARED CARD Cats in MAIOU! are not private collectibles. Each physical cat is a single shared entity, named by its discoverer, leveled up by every player who photographs it. The tabby behind the bakery has one card, one name, one story - written by all of you.
