Thank you for the detailed feedback. We have addressed all three issues in this update: 1) Guideline 5.1.1(v) — Registration required for non-account-based browsing We've added a guest browsing mode. Users can now tap "Continue as Guest" from the welcome screen and then "Browse Listings" to preview sample property listings without creating an account or logging in. Registration is now only required for account-based features (saving favorites, messaging a listing owner, submitting a property, etc.). 2) Guideline 5.1.1(v) — No account deletion option We've added a "Delete account" option under Profile > Account. It permanently deletes the user's account and data (not a deactivation) after a confirmation step, with no customer-service steps required. A screen recording demonstrating the complete flow (sign in with the demo account → Profile > Account > Delete account → confirmation) is attached in the Notes field of the App Review Information section. 3) Guideline 1.2 — User-generated content precautions We now require users to agree to our Terms of Use before registering or logging in, which explicitly states zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users (Section 2). Every chat conversation includes a "Report user" option to flag objectionable content, and a "Block User" option to block abusive users, both accessible from the chat's menu. Reported conversations generate an immediate notification to our moderation team, and we act on confirmed violations — removing the content and ejecting the responsible user — within 24 hours, as required.
