The HQ page, rebuilt - What matters first: what is owed to you, then what HQ did while you were away, then the context. - Its work is visible: dispatches, reclaims and notes, grouped by when they happened, with the quiet between them named. - Its documents have a home: the situation board, the knowledge base and usage, each a tile carrying a live figure. - The knowledge base is searchable: hundreds of entries, by title, id or topic. New: a usage view - Where your quota stands: which plan window is tightest, how long until it resets, who is burning it, what the machine has left. - Codex too: its quotas alongside Claude's. Reading and typing - More screen: full screen no longer reserves room for a hidden status bar, and the bar above the terminal is three bands instead of four — about sixteen more lines. - A board you can scan: sections and panes stay folded until you open one. - Drafts survive: a half-typed message is waiting when you come back, and input history follows the project you are in. - A failed send explains itself: it says why, and keeps what you wrote. The Lock Screen card - Sharper: the session that needs you, its actual question, and how long it has waited — and it no longer goes stale. - Bilingual: it follows your system language. The rest is a long run of fixes and polish.

• Fixed: when an agent moved its conversation to a background process, the phone kept showing the old history. • The chat now refreshes on its own instead of waiting for the pane's status to change.

• Sessions that stopped on an error get their own group instead of sitting among the finished ones. • The situation board is laid out properly now. • Paired devices and share links say what device it is, where it connected from, and whether a link has been used.

• Quick-reply buttons in a notification no longer claim a meaning they cannot know. They used to read "1 · Yes / 2 · Always / 3 · No" whatever the agent was asking, so on a two-option question the button labelled Always sent the answer that means No. They now show the number, and the notification lists the real options one per line. • The all-panes browser reads as a tree: panes grouped under the window that holds them, every row led by its stable pane id (%23), and search that finds a pane by id. • The HQ situation board reads like a document again — sections you can fold, tables that fit a phone instead of running off the side, and headings you can actually see. • A session that is working says so with a ring that turns, matching the Mac. It stays slow and calm, and Reduce Motion is honoured. • Long-pressing a notification shows the question instead of a giant coloured square.

• The HQ page no longer says "all normal" when the supervisor itself needs you, or when the Mac is low on disk, memory or power. • Fewer false alarms: a session that only shows the words of a startup prompt is no longer reported as waiting on you. • A link the terminal wrapped onto two lines opens properly again. • A conversation cleared with /clear or /new explains itself instead of looking broken. • After an update the app tells you what changed, including the versions you skipped.

• Native text selection in the terminal — long-press to select with the system handles and magnifier; Copy takes exactly what you selected. • The terminal now renders as a true grid — typing and scrolling in a busy pane is much faster, and scrollback goes back 1,000 lines. • Send now dismisses the keyboard, and the key row gains a backspace key. • Fullscreen is a clean reading mode — the input bar gets out of the way. • Polish: empty panes no longer show a black screen, multi-line input is no longer clipped, long diff lines scroll sideways, pane rows show the agent's name, and Snippets are now Quick replies. • With gtmux updated on the Mac: typing into a plain (non-agent) pane no longer falsely reports a failure, and the Warp terminal is supported.
