PenaltyLab: Flag Football is a bilingual rules-learning and penalty-training app for flag-football officials, coaches, players, and rules learners. The current content is based on the IFAF International Flag Football Rules 2023 — 5 on 5 / non-contact. The rules took effect on May 1, 2023, and the source was verified again on July 22, 2026. This version contains one IFAF rules system and does not include an NFL FLAG mode. MAIN FEATURES • Rules Study Browse fouls by category and review definitions, recognition points, enforcement spots, yardage and down effects, prevention guidance, key notes, and rule references. • Basics Guide Use dictionary-style articles and fuzzy search to learn right of place, right-of-way priority, the scrimmage line, neutral zone, no-running zones, legal rushing, passing and running restrictions, possession, downs, and enforcement spots. • Referee Signals Review signal names, movement descriptions, and independently created teaching illustrations. • Penalty Simulator Set the down, line to gain, ball position, dead-ball spot, foul spot, offending team, and enforcement options. The on-device simulator calculates the enforced position, next down, distance to gain, and penalty result. • Scenario Guide Study manually authored animated cases showing player alignment, movement, flag actions, foul location, visual highlights, and enforcement results. • Fast Search Search by foul code, Chinese or English name, alias, or keyword. Exact code matches receive priority. • Instant Language Switching Switch between Simplified Chinese and English from Settings without leaving the current screen. • Offline Learning The rules catalog, search, simulation logic, and available teaching content run on the device. FREE AND PREMIUM ACCESS The app is free to download and includes a fixed set of 24 free rules with their related learning entry points. Lifetime Access, the Semiannual Pass, and the Annual Pass each unlock the complete IFAF flag-football rules library, referee-signal references, the full Penalty Simulator, and all Scenario Guides. Apple handles pricing, purchases, subscriptions, and purchase restoration. PRIVACY No account or registration is required.
