Intention is an app and browser extension that acts as an AI gatekeeper for distracting sites. You blocklist sites like Instagram or Twitter; when you visit one, the page pauses and an LLM coach asks why you're there. Real, specific reasons get you a time-boxed grant; vague ones get redirected to alternatives instead. Repeated grants get exponentially harder to obtain, with a hard daily cap, after that the coach still talks to you for support, but won't grant more time.

• Intention now tells you if its Safari extension has been turned off.
• Fixes to text display and to parts of the extension that were missing from previous builds.
