VetCardioHub Vitals is a simple, vet-designed way to track your pet's health at home, and to share what you find with your vet in a clear, useful report.
Whether you're keeping an eye on a healthy dog or cat, managing a long-term condition, or watching a heart patient closely, Vitals turns everyday observations into meaningful records.
Track what matters to your pet
• Breathing rate: Critically important in monitoring heart conditions. Log your pet's resting or sleeping respiratory rate in seconds. A rising trend can be one of the earliest signs of a problem, and Vitals helps you spot changes before they become emergencies.
• Cough & symptoms: Note coughing and other signs to build a picture you can show your vet. Understand patterns and frequency over time.
• Skin & itch: Score itching day by day, note where on the body it's happening and what's been given, and see whether it follows the seasons. The pattern is often invisible until a year or more of scores build up.
• Lumps: Record any lumps you find and measure them the same way each time, so you know whether a lump is growing, shrinking, or staying the same. Keep photos alongside the numbers.
• Syncope / seizure / collapse log: For taking note if your pet suffers from seizures, fainting, or other odd intermittent events.
• Weight & diet: Record your pet's weight over time, and keep a note of what your pet is eating, so you can see trends at a glance. Great if you are trying to get them to lose weight, or are worried they are ill.
• Activity: Measure and track walk time and distance and keep daily summaries to spot trends over time.
• Vaccinations & parasite control: Track vaccine dates and flea, tick and worm cover, so you always know what's due, and whether the products you're using are covering what you need. Especially important in heartworm or lungworm areas.
• Medications & supplements: Keep a clear schedule of tablets, liquids, supplements and injectable medications, with a running log of what's been given and when. Get reminders for what's due next and when your stock is running low. Especially useful if you're juggling several medications.
• Diagnoses & staging: Note down your pet's health conditions, when they were diagnosed, and the stage where applicable. Especially helpful for heart murmurs and cardiac conditions, and lets you track how things progress over time.
• Appointments: Keep a diary of vet visits, health checks and specialist referrals, with the address and what to do beforehand, so nothing gets missed.
