The application is intended for official HDH-IAA competitors, event organizers, and authorized participants who want to manage competitions and scoring from their mobile devices. ## Data Security Competition data and personal information are securely transmitted to the HDH-IAA Competition Management Platform using encrypted communication. The application processes only the information necessary for competition management and scoring. ## Age Requirement and Parental Consent Registration and use of the application by users **under the age of 18** are permitted **only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian**. During registration, users under 18 must designate a parent or legal guardian who must approve and accept responsibility for supervising the account.
