HOW IT WORKS
Snap a photo and AI reads your meal — calories, protein, carbs, and fat. Every number is editable, so you always have the last word. Rather scan a barcode or type it in? Do that instead. Exercise earns calories back automatically from Apple Health. Finish the day inside your budget and it counts as a promise kept.

PRIVACY
Progress photos stay on your device and in your private iCloud. They are never uploaded to us and never sent to the AI. A meal photo is sent only to estimate the calories in that meal — no name, no location, no health data. Prefer to send nothing at all? Log every meal by barcode or by hand.
