How to stop Shimaru alarm? Finish the exercise you set for yourself. The camera counts your reps — no cheating. HOW DOES IT WORK? 1. Set your workout plan — simply choose the exercise, the number of reps, and the time. 2. The alarm sounds — get up, place your smartphone on the floor, and perform the reps you decided on. 3.
