Our Little Thing is a question and memory app for two people who want to talk about something other than the logistics. It works on one phone, passed back and forth, which is usually how these conversations actually happen anyway.
Pick a lane at the start, romantic, friendship or family, and the questions, notes and things to do change to match.
QUESTIONS WORTH ANSWERING
• Curated question packs, from easy openers to the ones you have been circling for years.
• Answer privately on the same phone and reveal together, so neither of you can read the other one early.
• Write your own questions for the times the app does not ask the right one.
• Play This or That and short quizzes when you want something lighter.
THINGS TO DO TOGETHER
• Date ideas you can filter by where you are, what they cost, how active they are, and whether you are in the same room or half a world apart.
• Build a plan around one of them, with a time window, a budget and a backup plan for rain.
• Save the ones you like and tick them off once you have done them.
THE PART YOU KEEP
• Private notes you leave for each other.
• Meaningful dates, so anniversaries stop sneaking up on you.
• Photo memories with captions, and an Our Story timeline of what you two have said and done.
• A gentle weekly recap, and a streak that counts a day as connected whether you answered a question, wrote a note or saved a photo.
YOURS, NOT A FEED
Nothing here is public. There is no following, no likes, no strangers and no ads. Your data stays on this device by default. If you choose to connect a linked room, profiles, answers, notes and meaningful dates can sync in encrypted form. Photo files stay on your device; their captions and dates can sync. You can export a readable keepsake or a password-protected backup yourself; those files can include your words and photos. Restore a backup on a new phone or delete everything whenever you want. Nothing is sold.

Free includes a set of question packs, starter date ideas, same-phone reveals, one arcade game, private notes, meaningful dates, photo memories, the weekly recap, reminders, every theme, backup, restore and deletion. Premium adds the rest of the question packs, the full deck of date ideas, the rest of the games, more spaces for the different people in your life, and more portraits.
