Go Hong Kong Mobile Application facilitates frequent visitors to enrol e-Channel Service for Hong Kong. After enrolment, frequent visitors can use the e-Channel service at all control points in Hong Kong to perform self-service immigration clearance and enjoy a more convenient and efficient travel experience.
Enrolment of e-Channel Service via Go Hong Kong Mobile Application:
● Use mobile device to download and install the Go Hong Kong mobile application
● Open the Go Hong Kong mobile application and press the logo to start enrolment
● Read and agree with the declaration, the terms and conditions
● Select intended arrival date and input email address to receive one time password for verification
● Scan and retrieve information from electronic travel document
● Take a selfie photo
● Application successfully submitted and Applicant will receive an acknowledgement
