Neko is a tiny kawaii cat who really lives on your screen - poke her, pet her, tease her, and she reacts every single time. She's drawn entirely in hand-designed retro pixel art: crisp, colorful pixels, built pixel by pixel, frame by frame.
SHE LIVES ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
Put Neko in a Home Screen widget and she's there every time you unlock your phone - no box around her, just the kitten sitting on your wallpaper among your apps. Pick which kitten appears, tap her to jump into the app - or boop her right there on the Home Screen and watch her light up without opening anything at all.
MEET THE KITTENS
Neko comes in five hand-painted palettes, each with her own name: Momo (peach), Matcha (mint), Lulu (lavender), Latte (cream) and Kumo (sky). Mix in different ear and eye styles and no two Nekos look quite alike. Same reactive cat underneath, five completely different coats to fall for.
SHE REACTS TO EVERYTHING, EVERY TIME
Tap her forehead, poke an eye, rub or hold her cheeks, tap or kiss her mouth, drag across her fur, shake your phone - every gesture gets its own reaction, drawn from 30+ hand-designed pixel expressions. Between reactions her ears twitch, her tail swishes and she breathes on her own - she's never quite frozen, even when you're not touching her.
SHE REMEMBERS HOW YOU TREAT HER
A mood system tracks your whole relationship with her - be sweet and she stays happy; poke too hard, too often, and she'll let you know about it. She laughs, blinks, gets heart-eyes when she's delighted, and cries if her mouth gets tapped one too many times. Poke an eye fast enough, four times in a row, and see what happens.
HER MOOD CHANGES HOW SHE MOVES
Mood doesn't just change her face - it changes how she sits and what she does with herself. A bright cat plays and stretches; a low one curls up small and quiet. Drop in late at night and you'll find her drowsy whatever kind of day she's had.
