Record episodes and review a 12-month annual summary — privately, without an account, with CSV and PDF export. EpiTrail is a calm, private journal for recording seizure episodes on iPhone and iPad. It helps you preserve the details you may want for a later conversation — without an account, advertising, analytics, or a developer server. RECORD WHAT MATTERS Capture the date and time, your own seizure-type label, awareness, convulsions, aura symptoms, and duration. The quick form stays short when you need it to. ADD CONTEXT WHEN USEFUL The extended form can include sleep and interruptions, medication timing, illness and fever, alcohol, optional menstrual-cycle context, stress, fatigue, unusual sensations before the episode, recovery symptoms, injuries, rescue medication, emergency assistance, witness notes, and your own notes. REVIEW WITHOUT JUDGMENT Browse, search, edit, and delete your entries. The annual summary includes a 12-month table, seizure descriptions, and episode times. You choose any extra statistics, such as consciousness, aura, sleep, or recovery. The episode constellation and weekly rhythm also organize what you recorded. No view identifies causes, risks, or medical conclusions. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your journal stays in the protected app container on this device and is excluded from iCloud backup. EpiTrail does not collect your entries. CSV and PDF journal or statistics reports are created only when you choose. The widget shows no health data and opens the new-entry form directly. PROTECT YOUR HISTORY Create a complete backup encrypted with your 8-digit PIN, then restore or safely merge it on any iPhone or iPad — even with another Apple Account. You can share the protected file yourself or use an Apple Shortcuts automation to email it. EpiTrail never uploads the backup or accesses your email account. BUILT FOR ACCESS EpiTrail supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, light and dark appearance, and a true iPad sidebar layout. The full interface is available in English, Polish, and German. IMPORTANT EpiTrail is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not detect, diagnose, monitor, predict, prevent, or treat seizures and is not a medical device.
