Your easy runs might not be easy. Tsumu Run stacks your heart rate zone time from Apple Watch and shows your training as a single shape. Zone 1 at the base, Zone 5 at the top — a well-built week forms a pyramid. WHAT YOU SEE - Intensity balance — your shape against the ideal pyramid, judged in three seconds - Training volume — stacked zone time by day, week, month, or year - Zone breakdown — the exact split across Zone 1 to 5 - Calendar — every day coloured by the character of that session - Widgets — days run this month and the shape of your training BUILT FOR ZONE TRAINING If you follow polarized or pyramidal training, you already know the trap: easy runs creeping into the middle zone. The standard fitness apps show one workout at a time, so the pattern stays invisible. Tsumu Run works across weeks, months, and years. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data is read from Apple Health and stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded. REQUIREMENTS Runs recorded on Apple Watch with watchOS 27 or later, so that heart rate zone data is available.
